Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue regarding a recent purchase I made. On October 11, [redacted], I ordered an HP Pavilion Core i5 laptop from Flipkart. Unfortunately, upon receiving the laptop, I discovered that the display was not functioning properly. I initiated the process for a replacement, but no technician from the HP service center has visited me, and the replacement was canceled without prior notification. I contacted the HP service center listed on the invoice, and they informed me that the return was canceled due to incorrect customer details. I have been in contact with Flipkart customer service for a week now, but no satisfactory resolution has been provided. I have attached all necessary documents and evidence for your review. I kindly request urgent attention to this matter and the replacement of the laptop within 24 hours. I purchased a Motorola 10.5 kg automatic washing machine and planned to exchange my old washing machine. Unfortunately, the delivery person declined the exchange because the brands didn't match. I agreed to pay the full amount of 20,[redacted]. During delivery, the delivery person requested an additional 1,[redacted] rupees in cash, promising it would be deducted from the total. However, upon checking, the deduction wasn't applied, and the product now costs 21,[redacted]. Now I owe 18,[redacted] because the delivery person already received 1,[redacted] rupees during the delivery. I kindly ask for your prompt attention to resolve this issue; otherwise, I'll have to cancel the order.

I am a loyal customer of yours and have always been satisfied with your service. However, on this occasion, I must bring an issue to your attention regarding my recent order of Napkins with the Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 from Manufacturer Kumar Creation. The product delivered did not match the one shown in the picture. Additionally, there was no Flipkart branding on the packaging. The items received seemed like scraps of fabric, not the quality product I expected. I have contacted your Customer Care team twice, and both times the representatives, Madam Puja and Mr. Aviroop, were courteous and attentive. I feel that this manufacturer is attempting to deceive both me and your company, which concerns me greatly. Please consider blacklisting such unethical suppliers to protect your reputation. Despite my busy schedule, I felt compelled to bring this issue to your notice because I value my relationship with Flipkart. Kindly arrange for a refund and retrieval of the incorrect product. I chose the Sonyliv Premium 6-month subscription using my supercoins and paid the remaining amount (INR [redacted]/-) with my Kotak Bank credit card. However, after completing the transaction, I encountered an error on the screen and had to exit the app. The bank confirmed the payment, and my supercoin balance was deducted, but I did not receive any code or link to activate the subscription. I am unsure of the next steps to take in order to use the Sonyliv subscription that I have already paid for. Please contact me to provide guidance on how to proceed.

I have yet to receive the Luminous 150Ah inverter battery at my address even though it was supposedly delivered on 09.10.[redacted]. I have not received any messages or OTP regarding the dispatch of the product. We have not received the product at all. Despite contacting customer support and filing complaints, there has been no response or effort to locate the product or issue a refund after 26 days. Please investigate this matter urgently and refund my money promptly. This is a time-sensitive issue that needs immediate attention.

On April 13th and 18th, [redacted], I bought two wardrobes (order number: OD[redacted][redacted]0), but unfortunately, the quality of the product was not up to the mark. The backside was covered with thin sheets, and something kept inside came out through the backside. This is unexpected from Flipkart, as I have made numerous purchases from your platform. When I contacted customer care, they mentioned that my number was not showing in my profile. I placed an order for Prestige Omega Induction Bottom Cookware and Butterfly Steel Cookware Set (3 pieces) under order number [redacted][redacted]0. I paid Rs. [redacted] for the Prestige Omega and Rs. [redacted] for the Butterfly Steel, totaling Rs. [redacted] through online payment. I received a cancellation message on 8/10/[redacted] due to technical issues, with a promise of refund by 14th October. However, as of now, I have not received any refund in my bank account. Previously, I made advance payments for my purchases, but due to this incident, I had to opt for 'cash on delivery'. I kindly request a prompt refund of the amounts I paid.

I placed an order on Flipkart on October 3rd with an expected delivery date of October 22nd. However, to my surprise, I received a message on October 21st informing me that the delivery date had been pushed back to October 30th without any explanation. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive on October 30th as well. Due to the urgent need for the item, I reached out to Flipkart customer support requesting to cancel the order and receive a refund, but they informed me that cancellation was not possible. They unilaterally rescheduled the delivery to November 9th. Since receiving the order after October 30th serves no purpose for me, I am eager to cancel the order and receive a refund promptly.

Regarding my order number OD[redacted][redacted]0, I wanted to inform you that I received a faulty Air Dope [redacted] with a sound issue on one side and pairing problems. I contacted you, and we agreed to cancel the order, which was confirmed, and I was told the refund would be processed within four working days. However, your representative has not come to collect the item yet, and our refund is still pending. I urge you to address this matter promptly. It is concerning that despite the cancellation and refund approval, there has been a delay and lack of transparency in resolving this issue. Trust and maintaining a good business relationship are crucial. Please look into this matter seriously, as I am waiting for a resolution as per the agreed timeline of 2/11/21.

I kindly request your understanding and approval for the return. My previous return faced delays in approval, and although eventually approved, it was then cancelled by the courier. Now, I find myself stuck in a similar situation with a new return request. I was unaware of the complexity of the return process. I implore you to consider my predicament. My mom is eager to have the money back. Your understanding and approval for the return would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to visit the office near Hyderabad if needed.

I purchased a women's wristwatch on Flipkart for Rs.[redacted] on October 31, [redacted], using gift vouchers. Initially, only a portion of the payment was deducted from my e-vouchers, and the order appeared as not placed. After contacting customer service, I was assured that the order was successful, but no updates were received within 24 hours. Despite reassurances, upon checking recently, I was informed that the order was not placed, and a refund was issued due to an error. However, when attempting to repurchase, the price had increased to Rs.[redacted]. This situation feels dishonest, and I insist on obtaining the product at the original offer price. I ordered the Luminous Shakticharge SC18054 150Ah tall tubular battery on October 18, [redacted]. However, I have not received the product, even though the status shows it was delivered on November 3, [redacted]. We have been in contact with customer support since the 18th, but have been unable to track the order details since October 18, [redacted]. We have informed customer support about this, but unfortunately, there has been no resolution. Despite informing the customer support team, the problem remains unresolved. The support from Flipcart has been appreciated, but we are still waiting for a solution.

I purchased a smart fan from Flipkart on May 13, [redacted]. However, the fan is not working properly. I contacted Flipkart customer service about 25 days ago to process a return and refund. They assured me that the fan would be picked up for return and a refund would be issued promptly. Unfortunately, the delivery personnel came to my address twice but went to the wrong location. I filed another complaint and updated them that I will be traveling abroad, requesting them to contact my brother instead. I provided his contact number, but so far, there has been no response from them.

The delivery person refused to take it back, even though I hadn't shared the OTP for delivery confirmation. Dear Flipkart Internet Private Limited, I am a customer who frequently shops on your online platform. I reside in postal code [redacted]. Although I haven't made any purchases from Flipkart yet, I have already signed up as a buyer. Recently, I have been trying to buy some items, but I encountered a message stating that my postal code is not serviceable for delivery on all products. I did not face this issue when I first registered as a buyer on Flipkart. I have been in communication with several of your executives trying to resolve my issue with Flipkart. The problem is that I am unable to create a buyer account on Flipkart because the mobile number ([redacted]) I am using was previously associated with another account four years ago. Despite sending my ID proofs via email to [redacted] three times, I have not received any response. On my call on the 26th, an executive mentioned that the tech team was working on it and a solution would be provided by the 28th, but I have not heard back. When I followed up on the 29th, a different executive advised me to email [redacted] again within 24 hours. I did so promptly but received a response from [redacted] stating the case was being closed due to lack of proof submission. My reply bounced back, leaving me frustrated. I am requesting assistance to either create an account with my current number or remove it from the existing account, as we are also sellers on Flipkart and wish to register on Shopsy. I have attached screenshots of previous emails for your reference and hope for a prompt resolution.

I purchased a Realme [redacted] cm TV on July 14, [redacted] (Order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0) and opted for the Jeevees protection plan. After a year, the TV stopped working, and I reached out to Jeevees in the first week of August [redacted] to log a complaint. They sent a technician promptly, but unfortunately, they couldn't resolve the issue. Despite my efforts to follow up every alternate day, there was no progress, with constant delays of 2 more days. I decided to involve Flipkart since they offer this protection plan. However, the response from Flipkart was similar to Jeevees, with no concrete updates apart from a promise of an update in 7 days. This situation has persisted until today (November 13, [redacted]). After a conversation with Flipkart's customer care executive, Robert, I was assured that the issue would be resolved by this evening. I am uncertain about the next steps and can only wait for now. Despite having around fifty interactions with your support team, only one replacement has been made, which has led to further complications. Rather than resolving the issues at hand, I have only been faced with delays and given ambiguous timelines for a resolution, resembling a court case. After waiting for 40 days since my order, today's scheduled technician visit was postponed to 15th November. Flipkart has been misleading me with these constant date changes. I now demand a refund of Rs. 39,[redacted]/- with 18% interest within seven days, failing which I will proceed to the district consumer forum or the court. I purchased a Realme C21Y mobile from Flipkart on November 3rd with order number OD[redacted][redacted]0. The phone was delivered on November 9th. Unfortunately, I noticed that the camera quality is not good, and the pictures are coming out blurred. I have requested a return five times, and each time there has been troubleshooting and technical visits, but the issue remains unresolved. Despite the efforts made, my return requests have been rejected five times without any progress. I have even had to take time off work to show the problem to the technical team. Frustrated with the situation, I have taken the step to file a complaint with the National Consumer Forum, and I have been assigned docket number [redacted]. I am seeking a return of the product and a refund due to the repeated rejections despite the acknowledgment of the issue by the technicians who visited.
