I am Remya Reejith, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order experience with Flipkart. I ordered a golden star and received a silver one that was damaged. Despite the inconvenience, I tried to accept it for Christmas, but it was unusable due to being broken. The return process with the executive Venkatesh was challenging as he claimed confusion over the color. After another attempt with an executive named Santosh, who was unhelpful and wasted my time, I am frustrated. I want a refund promptly, or I will escalate this matter further. The size of the refund doesn't matter; the poor service and treatment are unacceptable.

Hello, I purchased a 127cm Panasonic TV from you with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. The product was delivered on 11th Nov. [redacted]. However, upon installation, the technician found several visual defects on the TV, indicating it is defective. I requested a refund on the same day, but the issue remains unresolved. Neither has anyone come to collect the TV for return nor has the problem been addressed by a technician. I have lodged 3 to 4 complaints, but each one has been rejected without a solution. My payment is still blocked, and the problem persists. I urge you to resolve this matter promptly as a considerable amount of time has been wasted dealing with this issue. Thank you.

I placed an order for Pro Art brushes on December 1, [redacted]. I specifically requested Pro Art brushes PE-29 and PE-31. However, I received the incorrect items, PE-19 and PE-20. I would like to exchange these for the correct products I ordered. I attempted to contact customer care, but after waiting for a long time, the call was disconnected before I could speak to anyone about my issue. Consequently, I have filed a complaint with the customer help center, and the complaint number is [redacted]. My order ID is OD[redacted][redacted]0. I placed the order on December 1 and received it on December 7. I kindly ask for the correct items to be exchanged.

I ordered Oriflame's cold cream from Flipkart, but I received a local product instead. The quality of the Flipkart product is nowhere near the standard of a genuine Oriflame product. Simply putting an Oriflame sticker on the cream doesn't make it authentic. The cream arrived open, and I am extremely disappointed with Flipkart. I have lost faith in ordering from them and will not be making any future purchases. Right now, I would like to return this product and receive a refund as soon as possible.

I purchased the JBL T250SI Wired headset without a mic (order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0) on December 29, [redacted]. The order was delivered on December 30, [redacted]. After 9 months, I experienced a quality problem with the product. I contacted Flipkart for assistance and was directed to the JBL customer center. They requested the invoice, but I couldn't download it due to an error on the app. Despite reaching out to Flipkart service for the past three months, I haven't received any help in obtaining the invoice. Flipkart suggested I repair the product at my own expense with reimbursement later, but JBL insists on having the invoice to proceed with the replacement or repair. The delivery date for my order was initially set for the 13th of December, but was rescheduled to the 14th. After no delivery on the 14th, I was promised a callback from Flipkart. The issue was supposed to be resolved by the 16th of December. After contacting them again yesterday, the resolution date was moved to the 17th of December. My tracking ID is FMPP[redacted]. I am now seeking the nearest Ekart hub location to collect the order myself. Waiting has been frustrating as they keep extending the resolution date without resolving the issue.

I placed an order for a Wonderchef Doug mixer that was scheduled for delivery yesterday according to the tracking information. The delivery person called me in the evening and promised to deliver it today, but there has been no sign of the package so far. I have already paid for the order. I am located in Goa, India. I contacted Flipkart customer service, and they assured me that it would be delivered today, but I am still waiting. Your delivery service needs improvement, and I am eagerly awaiting my parcel as I cannot continue waiting every day while also juggling work responsibilities.

The delivery boy misbehaved during the delivery of my Safari luggage items and did not deliver the order. I contacted Flipkart's customer care multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received a refund yet. When I visited the delivery office to address the matter, the manager and delivery boy were unhelpful and disrespectful. Dear Customer Service, I recently lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline against your company Flipkart. The complaint number is [redacted] dated 24th November [redacted]. I encountered issues with the behavior of your delivery person who did not deliver my order for Safari luggage from order ID OD [redacted][redacted]0 placed on 16th October [redacted]. Despite attempting payment through a link the delivery boy provided, my order was canceled without my knowledge. The payment was made successfully via credit card, and my account has been deducted, but the items have not been delivered, nor have I received a refund. I visited the Babu Para Dudhani Dumka Delivery Office Pvt Ltd to address my concerns, but the office manager and the delivery boy were uncooperative and behaved rudely. If my problem is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take the matter to the consumer court. Kindly address this issue immediately and take appropriate action. Thank you.

Our product is not arriving on time. The salesperson is unreachable, and the location where it was supposed to be delivered is giving excuses, saying to come and pick up the item or cancel the order. We are not satisfied with their service. We need the product, but due to not being able to reach the location, we are dissatisfied with their services. In the future, we might be forced to order from another online platform instead of Flipkart.

I wanted to share that the return request I made was canceled due to a high number of returns in my purchase history. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution from the customer service department. Before my purchase, I was not informed about the restriction on returns due to the high number of returns associated with my account. It would have been helpful to receive this information beforehand so that I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was only made aware of this policy after making a purchase.

I am upset that the delivery agent refused to deliver my package and claimed my pin code did not match, resulting in my order being returned. Despite being a Plus Member who has ordered many products, Flipkart failed to resolve the issue promptly. I have contacted customer support, but they only asked me to wait, leaving me dissatisfied with the service. The delivery agent and courier company need to be held accountable for this mistake. I recently made a payment of Rs.[redacted].00 on Flipkart using my credit card from Axis Bank. However, Flipkart is showing that the payment has not been successful and the order is pending. I have already received confirmation from my bank regarding the payment. I have also sent an email to Flipkart with a screenshot of the payment confirmation from my bank. Please look into this issue and ensure that my order is processed and delivered to me on the scheduled date.

I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy F41 through a prepaid exchange offer but did not receive it from the delivery person. Despite speaking with Flipcart customer service numerous times, I have yet to find a resolution. The delivery person initially mentioned that my old phone was in good condition, only to later point out a small dent near the screen. They then asked for an additional Rs. [redacted], which was not part of the agreed exchange terms. I fall under category 2 for the exchange, and I believe I should pay accordingly. I kindly request that my order be delivered as promised, my old device be picked up, and compensation of Rs. [redacted] for the tempered glass accessory be provided. I also ask for measures to be taken regarding the delivery person's conduct.
