I placed an order on the 30th, and the product arrived on the same day but was defective. It didn't even come in the original packaging and looked quite old. I requested a return on the 30th, which was approved with a return date of the 18th. However, the product has still not been returned. I lodged a complaint on the 19th and have been calling customer service daily since the 23rd. Despite multiple follow-ups, I haven't received any response. I need to travel to Bihar on the 1st, and if the product is not returned, I requested a refund on the 27th. I had to cancel my train ticket for the 1st due to uncertainty about the return date. Flipkart is responsible for the inconvenience caused, and if not resolved promptly, I will take legal action against them. I have included the screenshot of the ticket cancellation for reference. If proper compensation is not provided, I will proceed with legal action. I called on the 30th with no response, and today on the 1st, my call was put on hold for 12 minutes and then disconnected without any explanation. When I called again, the same thing happened.

I purchased an electric heating pad from CASA company on June 27, [redacted]. However, upon receiving my order on July 1st, I found that I had been sent a cheap Chinese product that was poorly packaged and not the item I had selected. This is the second time this has happened to me, as I had a similar experience in January [redacted] with a faulty product from a previous order on Flipkart. Despite my previous issue, the current order is showing as non-returnable. I am extremely disappointed with the repeated errors in my orders, and I demand to receive the correct product as soon as possible. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to stop shopping on this website. Please address this issue promptly.

I tried to place an order for the Realme 5s crystal blue (4GB RAM, 64GB storage) on Flipkart on 28/06/20, but faced difficulties. Even after receiving a mail stating the item was in stock, I was unable to order. Every time I click "buy," it changes to "notify me." Sometimes, the price seems to increase, but the notification does not reflect the raised price. I have sent multiple emails seeking assistance, but after 7 days, my issue remains unresolved with no contact from the company. I am considering giving up and looking for alternatives as this has been frustrating. I hope for a prompt response to resolve this issue and allow me to place my order at the price from 28th June'20.

Dear Sir, I recently purchased a Kodak LED TV 40 inch from Flipkart that was delivered on 05 June [redacted]. The delivery person advised me not to unbox it until the company's worker visits within the next three days. Unfortunately, the technician never showed up, so I had to set up the TV on 12 June [redacted]. Upon installation, I noticed a horizontal line on the screen. Despite multiple attempts to contact Flipkart customer service, I have not received a satisfactory response. According to Flipkart's policy, a technician should have visited within three working days, but it has been seven days and no one has come. Dear Sir, I am Chirantan Garai from West Bengal, with the mobile number [redacted] and email ID [redacted] I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for the past 6 to 7 years. During the lockdown period, I ordered several products, including two trousers in size XXL, but I received XL instead. Unfortunately, I had to return them as there was no replacement option available. Recently, I ordered a gas oven which arrived with a broken knob and a dent on the front; therefore, I had to return it as well. Additionally, I ordered a [redacted] ml shaker, but I received a [redacted] ml one instead. This led me to return the item, as I received the incorrect size without the option for replacement. Furthermore, I ordered 4 night lamps for each of my rooms, but only received 3. Despite my complaint, I was advised to return the missing lamp, which I did not want to do. Most recently, I ordered 2 doorbells, but only one arrived. Again, I was asked to return the missing item, which I did not choose to do. The only intentional return I made was for a mobile cover that I did not like. I have been accused of making unusual returns, however, I have explained all the details. Dear Sir, I recently made a purchase of 2 units of the Fovty Origin India V-58 weighing scale with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]00. However, upon receiving the package, I discovered that only 1 unit was enclosed, despite the packaging indicating 2 units. Furthermore, the item I received was not the model I had originally ordered. I have initiated a return request for the incorrect item received and have requested either a refund or the delivery of the missing item. Although I reached out to customer service and was informed that I would be contacted by July 6, [redacted], I have not received any follow-up. Instead, I received an SMS stating that my return request was rejected by the seller. I have since submitted a new return request and have provided photos of the item received and the packaging label. I am eager to receive the missing item as well as the correct item I ordered. I bought a study table on June 4, [redacted], with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 and paid Rs [redacted]. The delivery date of June 19 passed without the product arriving. After contacting customer care, they rescheduled it to June 25, then June 30, and now it's supposedly coming on July 5. None of these dates were met. Customer care failed to give a tracking number and urged patience until July 7, which also passed without delivery. Despite reaching out multiple times, the product is still undelivered. I've even threatened a consumer complaint. I expected to work from home using the table for my online classes due to being laid off because of Covid-19. The constant delays have caused significant frustration. I am now requesting a full refund with added interest due to the distress caused by this prolonged process. This experience has been nothing short of harassment.

I've been attempting to buy the Xiome Poco X2 for a week now. Unfortunately, I keep encountering the message that it's temporarily unavailable. Every time I receive a notification that it's in stock, it becomes unavailable once I try to purchase it. I'm unsure if I need to be faster to secure the initial purchase or if there's another method to automatically purchase it when it's back in stock.

The technician confirmed the issue but later falsely marked it as resolved, leading to my refund request being rejected. I, S.N.Pal residing at M8/2 City Park, City Centre, Durgapur713 [redacted], West Bengal, placed an order for a HM table fan cum wall fan with a powerful high 3-speed motor 9 inch 225mm blade table fan in white color from seller Harman Industries for Rs [redacted] on 18.06.[redacted]. The delivery, which was expected by June 24, was made on 30.06.[redacted]. Unfortunately, the fan supplied is defective, emitting unbearable noise on all 3 speeds, disrupting my day and night. I filed a complaint on the 12th day after receiving the fan for a replacement. Despite being within the warranty period, the response has been unsatisfactory. The seller did not acknowledge my requests made within the 10 days, and the chat support has been unhelpful. I hold a blank Warranty card, and as a loyal customer, the lack of resolution to my complaint is disappointing. I seek assistance in replacing the defective fan beyond the 10-day period.

Dear Sir, I purchased a Vivo V15 phone on 20/07/[redacted] using a Bajaj Finserv card through Flipkart. I opted for a 1-year full protection plan for [redacted] Rupees, paying [redacted] to Flipkart. However, my phone bill amounted to [redacted]. When I contacted Jeevas protection, they informed me there was no insurance or activation. Bajaj head office clarified they only handle EMI and that my [redacted] Rupee bill includes the phone protection plan issue. For the last four months, I have been attempting to resolve this with no success after calling Flipkart, Bajaj, and Jeevas multiple times. My one-year protection plan should have been activated by now, but unfortunately, it is not. I seek assistance as my phone was damaged in an accident four months earlier.

I purchased shoes from a Facebook page called "Best Sports Shoes," but received the wrong and low-quality product. I requested a replacement, which was approved on 14th July [redacted]. Despite this, my return request was rejected. I made a new request on 15th July and scheduled a callback. Despite being told the pickup would be on 21st July, it did not happen. After making multiple calls, my return request was still not resolved. I have been facing this issue since then and as of today, 26th July, the problem remains unresolved. I made a purchase from Flipkart (Order ID- OD[redacted][redacted]0) early this month, and the delivery came on July 9th. Upon unpacking the order the next day, I realized that I had received the wrong product. I had ordered OLAY NIGHT FIRMING CREAM but received OLAY DAY CREAM WITH SPF instead, which is not suitable for my skin.
