I recently bought a JBL wireless headphone on Flipkart, but unfortunately, it arrived not working. I promptly requested a refund following Flipkart's policy. A Flipkart helpdesk representative assisted with my request and organized a technical evaluation. The technician confirmed the item was faulty and reassured that it would be collected by Ekart within two days. However, to my surprise, the Order Details now indicate that my refund request was rejected, citing a resolved technical issue. I am unable to reach Flipkart or the technician for further assistance. The handling of this situation by Flipkart has been unprofessional and unethical. I kindly ask for a prompt solution to this matter.

Upon seeing this offer, I decided to make the purchase and completed the online payment. The final note mentioned that delivery would occur shortly after the lockdown relaxes. However, all items have been delivered except my phone, and neither has my payment been refunded. Therefore, I kindly request Flipkart to either deliver my order promptly or process a refund. However, to our surprise, the wallet balance suddenly dropped to zero. This experience was unexpected from a reputable brand like Flipkart. I received an offer on Flipkart on 5/6/[redacted] for a mobile phone, the Redmi 8 Pro, priced at ₹22,[redacted]. With an 89% discount, its price was only ₹[redacted]. I bought the Redmi 8 Pro and completed the transaction through Paytm for ₹[redacted] to the seller, Servesh Y. on Flipkart. I have not yet received the delivery of the mobile. Dear Sir, I placed an order for a refrigerator on May 24th with an expected delivery date of June 1st. The consignment arrived in my town on June 8th. After contacting Flipkart customer service on June 8th, I was assured of receiving the refrigerator. However, as of today, June 9th, the refrigerator has not been delivered. I visited the Ecart logistic center to inquire about my order, and I was informed that the refrigerator arrived on June 8th but the delivery would be delayed. I had anticipated receiving my product by June 1st, which is why I made the purchase. If this is the standard of service from Flipkart, I am reconsidering future purchases from them. I recently ordered a laptop from Flipkart that arrived on June 13th. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered it was faulty as it wouldn't power on. I initiated a return for the product but encountered an error when trying to submit the application. I reached out to customer care via chat and call, but my issue remains unresolved. Interestingly, two issues have been logged for the same product - one to return the item and another to cancel the return request without my consent. Despite seeking clarification multiple times, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I urgently require a resolution as nobody wants to pay for a defective item. I am in need of an immediate return and replacement of the laptop.

I ordered the Matrix Biolage Smoothproof Avocado Deep Smoothing Serum but received the Matrix Opticare Smooth Straight Professional Split End Serum instead. After requesting an exchange, I received the wrong item again. Despite being promised a refund due to the product being out of stock, no one has contacted me in the four days since. I ordered a 5-liter cooker but received a 3-liter one, despite paying for a different product. When I tried to complain, they said they would email me on my registered email, but I never got it. Right before the return period ended, they told me to update my email, so I did. I received the email, replied within 24 hours, but they claim it was over 48 hours. Now, they are using this as an excuse to ignore me, blaming me for missing their deadline. This whole situation is frustrating as it was Flipkart's error from the start, and I am the one facing the consequences.

I recently bought the Vivo Z1X for Rs18000 on Flipkart. Unfortunately, I'm facing issues with the battery performance and the quality of the earphones. Coming from using a Redmi in the past, where I had no such problems, I expected better from Vivo. I am not interested in a replacement of the same product; I would prefer a refund or a replacement with the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max (6GB RAM, 128GB storage) as I am dissatisfied with the Vivo. The watch has been malfunctioning with auto work errors, slow performance, and quick battery drainage. Despite contacting customer service, I have not received a satisfactory response. The customer care executive advised me to cancel the return request and reapply, but I cannot find an option to do so. Now, I have been informed that the seller is unable to accept my return, which is disappointing. I have been trying to reach out via messages, calls, and emails for the past 6 days with no success. I recently purchased a gas oven from Flipkart, but unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered a damaged and used oven. Despite my return request being approved, the pickup team has failed to collect the item twice, even after showing them video evidence of the unboxing. Please return this money promptly, or else legal actions will be taken against your company. The employee goes by the name of Rahul Kumar and works for your company. He has taken [redacted] rupees for a new phone in Gurgaon and other places, totaling [redacted] in fraudulent activities. Kindly investigate this matter, provide me with his address, and send me updates on my phone. My address is New Bengali Colony BMP 7, Katihar, Bihar. The purchased goods were sent to my home in Bihar instead of where I live. Please take urgent action to resolve this issue to avoid further consequences.

Google, please pay attention. When you provide the number for Flipkart customer care on behalf of Google, it leads to increased harassment. There is a fraud scheme going on where amounts ranging from 50,[redacted] to [redacted] are being deceived, affecting countless customers. The numbers being shared by Google and Flipkart seem to be involved in this fraud. If action is not taken, the company's current operations might continue to victimize more people. I have personally suffered a loss between [redacted] to 80,[redacted]. It is crucial for Google to investigate and verify the numbers being shared. Hello, I am Dr. P.V. I placed an order on June 14, [redacted], for an iBELL induction bottom cookware set. The order arrived on June 20, [redacted], earlier than expected, which made my family happy as we needed it. However, upon opening the package, I was surprised to receive the wrong item, an iBELL Induction cooktop model IBL10YO. I immediately canceled the order and was not expecting to be asked for multiple identifications, such as Aadhar and PAN, just to cancel. I request a swift resolution from Flipkart to pick up the wrong product and refund my money promptly.

I purchased the "Tarken Foldable Wooden Laptop Desk for Bed" on June 7th, and it arrived three days late, on June 21st, which was supposed to be on June 18th. The table came in just a cardboard package, without any plastic or protective packaging. Upon inspection, the table appeared to be used and had visible signs of damage with broken edges. I immediately requested a return on the same day due to the condition of the product. Today, on June 23rd, the pickup person refused to take the table back, claiming it was damaged. Despite explaining that I had requested a return due to the damage, he did not accept it. I am frustrated with Flipkart's handling of my recent orders and multiple customer support interactions, as it is consuming a lot of my time. If this persists, I will avoid ordering from Flipkart in the future. I have attached images showing the damages I found upon opening the package. I recently purchased a Samsung A50s mobile from Flipkart on May 7, [redacted], with order number OD[redacted][redacted]0. The delivery was scheduled for May 12. However, upon receiving the phone, it was defective. I have been trying to contact Flipkart for a replacement or refund, but have not received any response. Additionally, I am now unable to access my Flipkart account. This issue has been ongoing since the delivery on May 12, and my account was unexpectedly closed on June 3. I have proof of all communication with Flipkart, including emails and screenshots of the issue. Despite their attempts to provide a replacement, I am seeking a resolution other than a replacement. I am a customer of Flipkart. I placed an order for an Asus Vivobook s14 laptop on June 8, [redacted], and received it on June 12, [redacted]. Shortly after delivery, I experienced issues with the Windows operating system. Despite raising a return request and being assured of technician visits and refund approval by June 22, nobody arrived. I contacted customer care, and after further delays, the technician returned the laptop on June 25, stating inability to resolve the issue. The product was only collected on the morning of June 26. Following assurances of problem resolution, I received a message about Ekart service pick-up, but later, my refund was unexpectedly canceled without explanation.

I booked my Chennai to Nagpur flight on 08-06-20 with PNR VB9L9Q through Go Air Airline. Unfortunately, the airline canceled my flight without notifying me. I made the booking via the Flipkart portal. I have been trying to get assistance from Flipkart customer support for the past 25 days, speaking with 5 different support representatives who have not been helpful. When I inquired, they mentioned that a refund request was submitted but is pending validation from the airline. They advised me to wait for 15 days, but even after this period, when I followed up, another support person asked me to wait another 15 days. I am frustrated by the lack of progress and communication. I urge Flipkart to take immediate action and contact the airline to expedite my refund.
