The issue in GetHuman-royrupj's own words
Recently I have purchased one wireless Headphone of JBL through Flipkert Online shopping. But after receiving the item it is found that device is not working. And immediately I have requested for refund. As per flipkert refund procedure one flipkert helpdsk person enquired about the request and assured for best service. Subsequently ine Technical visit also conducted by Flipkert and technical person found that delivered Item is faulty. He assured me that itms will be collected by EKart person within * days. But surprisingly now in Flipkert Order Details it is showing that Refund Request has been rejected and technical issue resolved. Also, not able to connect with Flipkert or that technical person. They way Flipkert handled the entire incident is very unprofessional as well as unethical. I request tou to provide solution at the earliest.
GetHuman-royrupj did not yet indicate what FlipKart should do to make this right.
