I purchased an ORIENT ELECTRIC NORWESTER DECOR 0 MM 3 BLADE CEILING FAN WHITE from Flipkart, with delivery on December 4, [redacted]. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered that the fan was damaged, dirty, and not the model I had ordered. Additionally, some parts, like the blades, were missing. I filed a complaint through the Flipkart App for a return and refund, but despite two pickup attempts, the material was not collected. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I recently ordered some products from Flipkart Supermart which were scheduled for delivery today. Unfortunately, the E-cart executive arrived at my home, but the oils and other items leaked in the box. Without any hesitation, he cancelled the order. Now, I need to go through the selection process all over again after spending hours choosing the products. I kindly request that the same items be reordered from your backend. I am a devoted customer of Flipkart and I recently ordered groceries on December 9, [redacted]. My order, invoice number FABYDW[redacted], arrived promptly on December 11, [redacted]. I specifically ordered Kwality Corn Flakes 375g with a buy one get one free promotion, as advertised on the box received in my delivery. When I contacted customer service to address the missing item, the representative advised me to return the product. I would prefer a resolution where the missing item is delivered to me, as returning the product would require placing another order above Rs. [redacted]. I believe that providing customers with a satisfactory solution, such as delivering the missing item, would enhance the overall shopping experience. Presently, I am disappointed by this situation and feel that the team should pay closer attention to orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

I purchased a Milton Electronic Lunch Box from Flipkart. However, I received a different color than the one I ordered. I requested an exchange, but the replacement item sent had a different color yet again. I originally ordered a Grey lunch box, but received an Orange one initially, followed by a blue one in the second replacement. The delivery person is saying I need to come outside the village to pick up my package. I have to leave my duty and go there to get the parcel. I have small children at home, and I am on duty. He is refusing to come home. What is the benefit of online shopping if I had to pick it up myself? The delivery was delayed, supposed to be on the 14th, it's the 16th today. If we had to pick it up ourselves, we would have just gotten it from the store. What's the point of paying in advance here? He's saying to send the kids outside on the main road. How do I send a 4-year-old outside on the road?

I am purchasing a new Vivo Z1 Pro mobile phone from Flipkart. However, I am experiencing issues with my payment made through my debit card. The courier person has not updated the payment status, causing delays. I have been contacting customer care, but each representative gives different information. After canceling my order, I am still waiting for my refund. The customer care team is asking me to wait until the 24th, which is unacceptable. I ordered the phone on December 10th, and today is the 16th, yet I have not received my refund. I urge Flipkart to quickly process my refund within two days, or I will take legal action.

I mistakenly ordered a Hunter Bayport fan, thinking it was a regular-sized one, but it turned out to be smaller upon arrival. I am looking to return a necklace set I purchased on December 16th. Even though Flipcart has a 10-day return policy, my request has not been approved because it requires seller approval. I am only familiar with Flipcart, not the seller, so this reason for the delay is unfair. When a 10-day return policy is advertised, it should be honored without additional approval. This current system is not customer-friendly and causes inconvenience. The reason for the return is a quality issue as I had an allergic reaction to the metal. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

I placed an order for a queen box bed on December 4th with a delivery date of December 9th and installation scheduled for the 11th. Despite following up diligently since the order date and receiving assurances, the material was not delivered within the installation period. I come from another state and work in WB, and I had to rearrange my plans due to this inconvenience. After persistently complaining and eventually requesting a cancellation, the delivery was made on the 12th by Dolly and Akshit. I requested an installation on a date convenient for me as I am unable to travel 200kms due to work constraints. However, when I specified a time slot from 4 to 5 pm, both Flipkart and the installation team agreed, but upon arrival at the arranged time, they informed me they don't work after 5 pm. This miscommunication has caused me significant stress, impacted my work, and wasted my time. The lack of commitment and communication from Flipkart's employees has exacerbated these problems, leaving me unsure of whom to hold accountable for this situation.

I recently ordered the Emporio Armani AR [redacted] BETA watch on the 13th and made the payment via credit card. The delivery was supposed to be confirmed by the 17th. I was later informed on the 18th that delivery to my address was not possible and that I needed to collect it from a nearby location by the 21st of December, [redacted]. I sent my daughter with a code to collect the watch on the 19th, but she discovered that the hub had been moved to a different location in Bilaspur. I arranged for my brother to collect it from there. However, I was surprised to receive a message this morning stating that my order was canceled and a refund would be issued. I am disappointed as I had ordered the watch for my daughter-in-law's engagement on the 22nd. Despite contacting Flipkart customer service to request a resend to a different address, I was informed that the watch was no longer available. I am requesting the watch to be delivered to my alternate address by the 22nd as I had not canceled the order and had arranged for collection by the 21st. I hope to receive the same watch before the engagement or I will escalate the issue for no additional charges. I expect prompt action against the seller and courier agency and would like to be informed via email. Thank you.

I previously requested the deactivation of my old Flipkart account, which was successfully done. Now, I am trying to create a new Flipkart account, but I have been encountering issues. I have followed the instructions given, but Flipkart is not allowing me to proceed, advising me to contact customer service. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to request the return of a product that does not meet my expectations. Within just three days of using the phone, I have encountered three major issues and I do not wish to receive the same product as a replacement. I initially spoke with Mrs. Nitu and Shivani regarding this matter, and later, Mrs. Priyanka, a Senior Executive, who unfortunately did not handle the situation well and insisted on issuing the same product again.
