I bought a mobile on a no-cost EMI through my ICICI credit card for a 6-month period with Flipkart. Unfortunately, Flipkart did not convert the EMI to a no-cost basis as promised. ICICI Bank customer service informed me that Flipkart did not provide the no-cost EMI option, resulting in interest being charged on the EMI. I advise other Flipkart customers not to choose the no-cost EMI option until this matter is resolved. It seems that Flipkart's management is not honoring the promised no-cost EMI provision.

I received my delivery of Reebok Tread Fast Advanced IP sneakers on October 6th. Unfortunately, I accidentally made a double payment for this order. After contacting customer service, they assured me that the refund would be processed by October 10, [redacted], back to the same debit card used for payment. I clarified that the debit card used was a gift card, so a refund to it may not be possible. However, they mentioned that a transaction failure message would indicate if the refund was unsuccessful. As of today, I have not received the refund. I am willing to accept the refund through another debit card or directly into my bank account. This issue has been ongoing for almost a week, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

I am a regular customer, and I recently ordered a "Hindware Nevio Plus 60 Auto-Clean Wall Mounted Chimney" with Order No. OD[redacted][redacted]0. Until yesterday evening around 7-8 PM, the tracking showed the item's shipment was on the way to a hub near me. However, by 9-10 PM, I discovered that the order was canceled due to the delivery partner being unable to reach my location. When I called customer service right after seeing the cancellation message, I was informed that the order was canceled because I didn't respond to an IVR call. I explained that I never received a call on my cell phone number +91 [redacted] from Flipkart or the delivery partners. I had to stay in Kolkata for the delivery, canceling my plans, and used a friend's credit card from Delhi for payment, which I promptly reimbursed. This experience has been very disappointing, and I am seeking your assistance in rescheduling the delivery of the item. Thank you for your support in this matter.

Despite numerous emails and phone calls to customer service, I have not received any concrete answers or resolution to this issue. On October 7th, I received a generic email stating that my account was blocked due to unauthorized purchases, but no specific details were provided. I have repeatedly requested clarification and assistance to resolve the problem before the October 10th deadline to pay outstanding dues using Flipkart pay later service. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and support from Flipkart has caused significant inconvenience. I am disappointed with the unresponsive and irresponsible handling of my concerns and urge for immediate account reactivation and a genuine resolution. I ordered a MarQ soundbar from Omnitech Retail through Flipkart with an expected delivery date of October 6th. I made an early payment, but it's now October 13th, and I still haven't received the soundbar. The seller keeps asking me to wait and pushing the resolution date further. I'm extremely frustrated with both Flipkart's service and Omnitech Retail. I would advise my friends, family, and relatives not to purchase anything from Flipkart due to this experience. Companies should remember that their success is because of customers, and if they deceive someone, word will spread, and their reputation will suffer.

I purchased a Bluetooth headset on September 6th, and encountered numerous issues. Despite requesting a replacement within the 10-day return policy, I faced challenges with the process. When seeking assistance from Flipkart's customer service, I was advised to file a complaint on the boat website. However, the invoice was deemed invalid on more than 20 attempts. After contacting Flipkart's customer service again, they arranged for a service pickup on October 1st. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response from Flipkart or boat. Each time I reach out to boat's customer service, the line is busy for the past 8 days. Despite contacting Flipkart, they simply instruct me to wait with no clear timeline. The lack of communication between the service provider and Flipkart is evident. Even escalating the issue to senior management has not yielded results. Considering taking legal action through consumer court seems like the only way to make Flipkart understand the frustration customers face in such situations.

Following up with Flipkart, they organized a pickup on October *st. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates from Flipkart or Boat. My attempts to reach Boat's customer service have been unsuccessful as the line is consistently busy for the past few days. Flipkart keeps asking me to wait without providing a definite timeline. The lack of communication between Flipkart and Boat is frustrating. Even escalating the matter to senior management hasn't yielded any results. Suggesting legal action in consumer court as a last resort to resolve this issue and receive a refund.

A few days ago, I ordered two pairs of sandals for Rs. [redacted]/-, a battery for Panasonic P81 for Rs. [redacted]/-, and a flip cover for Samsung J2 Pro for Rs. [redacted]/- totaling Rs. [redacted]/-. Today, my wife, Mrs. C. J., received the parcel from Flipkart delivery boy after paying Rs. [redacted]/-. Upon opening the package at home, we found that instead of two pairs of sandals, only one pair was sent. Despite trying to complain through feedback and messages, we have not received any response. Therefore, we kindly request either a free pair of sandals be sent to us by Flipkart at our address, or if payment is required, we should not be charged as an extra sandal was charged to us by the delivery boy. If this is not resolved, it may harm Flipkart's reputation and we may have to take administrative action to assert our rights.

To Whom It May Concern, I recently purchased a Thomson 65-inch Ultra HD 4K Smart Android TV on September 30th. The order was placed by Flipkart on October 4th and installed on October 5th. Unfortunately, I had to urgently leave for my native place on the night of the 5th after complaining about the TV's issues. Upon my return on October 13th, I lodged another complaint about the display problem where it intermittently changes size on channels and the picture gets displaced. Since the 13th, Flipkart has been sending me messages about a technician visit, but no one has shown up until yesterday when they suddenly informed me about uninstallation and replacement scheduled for Saturday, October 19th. This morning, they sent two messages, one for uninstallation and the other for a tech visit. The technician visited today and observed the issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and the lack of timely resolution from Flipkart. Despite numerous calls and messages, my product remains in its faulty state, leaving me very upset with the whole situation.

I ordered a watch (code no:[redacted]) a week ago. Today, the delivery person called me at [redacted] and refused to deliver to my house due to heavy rain, opting to go back to the main office. I followed his instructions and waited for him at another location, but he didn't show up. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The MD of Flipcard lured me with a fake offer, convincing me to transfer a balance of [redacted] rupees. They also stated that if I didn't want to buy a car worth 8.5 lakhs, I could take the balance instead. After constant calls pressuring me, they claimed the balance I was giving was for security purposes. Eventually, I had to deposit [redacted] rupees for the balance, and they said [redacted] rupees would be in my account within 10 minutes. Despite multiple calls afterward, they only repeated the same timeframe promise. Now they are asking for [redacted] more to be deposited. This is deceitful and manipulative behavior, forcing individuals with false promises. If the balance is not returned, strict action will be taken against the company and the MD.

On the 10th of October, I placed an order for the Ambrane AWC-22 2.1A Dual Port Fast Charger with Charge & Sync USB Cable in White. Despite receiving a notification that the product would be delivered on the 15th of October, the delivery person has not shown up. I attempted to reorder on the 16th of October, but encountered the same issue once again. This recurring problem stems from a previous encounter with the Flipkart delivery person who persistently delivered to the wrong address despite my instructions. I explained the situation to him, but he threatened to halt future deliveries to me. As a result, I am unable to receive or order any products from Flipkart. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I ordered a Vu TV last month, and upon successful installation, I noticed a black line on the display whenever I changed channels. I contacted Flipkart for assistance, and a technician was sent to my home. After the initial fix, the issue persisted, leading to a TV replacement. However, even with the new TV, the problem remains. Despite my concerns, the technician claimed it wasn't a display issue. I reported this discrepancy to Flipkart, but my subsequent calls on October 19 and 20, [redacted], to seek resolution were closed without the technician visiting my home. I am frustrated by the lack of resolution and confusion between the technician and Flipkart regarding the issue. I hope for a prompt solution or a refund for this ongoing problem.

I bought the ASUS 6Z (Black,6GB,64GB) mobile from Flipkart on October 11, [redacted]. The purchase order ID is: OD[redacted][redacted]0. Since receiving the phone, I have experienced significant issues. The phone reboots continuously and generates excessive heat until it shuts down. Even after charging, when I turn it on, the same problems occur (rebooting and heat). Currently, the phone is completely dead and unusable. I requested a return and replacement on October 14, [redacted], which was approved by the authorized service engineer on October 16, [redacted]. However, on both October 21st and 25th, the wishmaster rejected to replace the product as he couldn't verify the IMEI number due to continuous rebooting. Despite contacting Customer Care multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory response.

I am highly disappointed with Flipkart's service. I recently ordered a Syska trimmer, and the delivery man asked me to come downstairs to the basement of the building, which was unacceptable. After I insisted on receiving the delivery at my home, he abruptly canceled my order without notifying me. Only after I called him, he returned to deliver the product but quickly left without waiting for me to inspect it. This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the high prices we pay for your services. This experience has left me incredibly dissatisfied, and I will not be using Flipkart services again. I intend to share my negative experience on social media and advise my friends to avoid Flipkart as well.

I am writing to address the issues I have experienced with my order number [redacted][redacted]. The expected delivery date was 25/10/19, and after reporting the non-delivery to customer care on the same day, I received an SMS at 19:47 stating the delivery would be made that day, which did not happen. Subsequent interactions with customer care, including speaking with a senior manager twice on 26/10/19, did not provide a satisfactory resolution. On 27/10/19 at 09:51, I received another SMS claiming the delivery was en route, yet the product has still not been received. The tracking ID inaccurately shows the product was to be delivered on 25/10/19. As a long-standing customer of Flipkart, I am disappointed by the misleading information and lack of accountability displayed. I advise taking appropriate disciplinary action against the staff responsible for this situation.

I came across a website linked to Flipkart that offered unbelievable deals on high-priced phones like the Samsung Galaxy 10 for only [redacted] rs. After entering all my details and paying with my debit card, I received an order ID and a non-functional link. Returning to the site, I discovered the payment section had no clickable options. They didn't provide any tracking information, making it impossible to follow up on my order or cancel it. I checked the official Flipkart site and confirmed that they do not have any similar offers. The delivery person has been extremely impolite and is not delivering my package to the correct address. Today, he insisted I come to a location 5km away from my delivery address. When I declined, he rudely stated he wouldn't deliver to my address and that filing a complaint did not matter to him. My order ID is OD[redacted][redacted]0, and my package's AWB is [redacted][redacted]. I have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service via phone, so I am turning to email for assistance. I am facing a problem with Flipkart customer service. I have been trying to reach out to them without success. Even after getting in touch with them, no updates have been provided regarding my issue. After waiting for two weeks, all they say is sorry for the inconvenience caused, but that doesn't seem to solve anything. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and just want my product.
