Then again resolving time was given till ***Oct*****. Then I talked with 'Shiva Shukla' Customer care representative but he unable to provide any proper information and also Flipkart support email Id.**Today I received one message* on behalf of Flipkart that needs more time till ***Oct***** but there is no confirmation of resolving the issue within ***Oct***** as per the message.**Order date is ***Sep***** and you need more time more than ** days means more or less ** month, beyond expectation without resolving the UNKNOWN PROBLEM.**Now I realising that it's my mistake to buy something costly or big size product from Flipkart. Previous all the good experience with Flipkart are gone now.
