I've bought Bluetooth headset on sep *th and there were many issues and I have asked for replacement and there was ** days return policy only. When I asked to Flipkart customer service they said to register a complaint in boat website and it shows the invoice is invalid for more than **times.. I called the Flipkart customer service and they arranged for the service pickup and the courier boy took my product on Oct *st and till today I didn't get proper response for Flipkart and the boat .. whenever I call boat customer service, it's busy.. I'm trying for about * days.. and I'm asking Flipkart customer service, they are saying to wait.. how long should I wait? This is the only thing Flipkart saying.. there's no proper communication between the service provider and the Flipkart.. because Flipkart arranged for the return pickup so I would ask Flipkart only.. thought senior management also can't help with me.. it's better way to go to consumer court for charge.. and demand.. Then only Flipkart knows the customers pain..
