Consequently, my account got blocked for attempting to book the same product multiple times. When I reached out to customer service, they were unsure about the reason for the account block and have escalated the matter to the backend team. I purchased 2 sarees from Flipkart on August 4th for Rs. [redacted]. Upon delivery, I paid Rs. [redacted] as indicated on the package for 2 sarees. However, I received only 1 damaged saree, resulting in a loss of Rs. [redacted]. I initiated a return on August 10th at 1pm, and was assured the refund would be processed by August 13th. The issue arose when I received a message from Flipkart stating that a refund of Rs. [redacted] was transferred to my Gift Card balance instead of providing a cash refund, despite me paying Rs. [redacted] upon delivery. This discrepancy needs to be rectified promptly, and I require the cash refund as expected.

Order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0 Ekart Tracking ID: fmpp[redacted] I placed an order for a Vivo Z1 Pro mobile phone on August 8, [redacted], with a promised delivery date of August 10, [redacted]. The delivery has been delayed, and despite contacting customer service, the updated delivery dates provided to me have ranged from 3 business days to August 14, 15, and even 19. I emphasized the urgency of the situation as I will not be available after August 12. I am puzzled as to why it's taking five days to deliver a product within Hyderabad, and the explanation given that the address and pincode do not match is unsatisfactory. I offered alternative delivery options, such as providing a landmark for delivery, but the customer service seemed unable to assist. The lack of movement in the trackers of both Flipkart and Ekart Logistics for the past three days is concerning, with both still showing the same information. Even though the expected delivery date has passed, there has been no update. This poor level of service is unacceptable, and I have already canceled a previous order due to significant delivery delays. I urgently require a resolution to this issue. I request the contact details of a manager or employee at the hub where my product is currently located so I can discuss the delays and delivery directly with them. Dear Flipkart Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by your company. As an employee of Amazon, I can confidently say that this has been one of the worst customer experiences I have encountered. My husband recently purchased an AC for my in-laws from your website. The delivery of the product was on time and without any issues. However, the installation of the AC is crucial for it to function properly. We were given the service request number LK[redacted] and had the installation scheduled for Monday, Aug 12, [redacted]. The installation contact numbers provided, [redacted]5 and [redacted]0, turned out to be incorrect and led to confusion and wasted time. We are still waiting for the technician promised on Monday. I urge you to contact us promptly at +[redacted]54 to provide information on the installation. My in-laws, being senior citizens, have been left waiting and have unfortunately lost trust in Flipkart due to this experience. I submitted a return request for my new Realme 3i phone on August 11, [redacted], and my Return ID is [redacted][redacted]. The issue I encountered is with the touch sensitivity of the phone, as I often have to touch 2-3 times or more, especially after extended use. Additionally, the plastic cover provided with the phone loses its adhesive within 4-5 days. I am seeking a replacement for the phone promptly. I received messages from Flipkart, one on August 11 promising contact by 4.25 pm on August 12, which did not happen. Another message mentioned contact by 1.15 pm on August 13, but when they called, I couldn't speak due to network problems. When I tried to call back, there was no response, and their helpline number was unresponsive. I am hopeful of reaching a Flipkart executive soon to address this issue.

I should not accept the delivery if attempted. The refund of ₹7,[redacted] will be transferred to my Credit Card by Jun 18. I also ordered a Sunflame S hosepipe LPG Rubber Hose Pipe Set from SUNFLAME ENTERPRISES for ₹[redacted], which was similarly cancelled at my request. The refund of ₹[redacted] will also be transferred to my Credit Card by Jun 18. The total refund amount is ₹8,[redacted].

I have a unique issue with my uncle, who is not tech-savvy, trying to order an MITV 55 inch but had someone else do it for him. The TV needs to be replaced, and the service center requires the invoice with the serial number. The problem is the original invoice from Flipkart did not have the serial number and the person who ordered the TV has passed away, leaving me unable to retrieve the email or phone number used for the order. Flipkart is requesting this information to proceed. I have tried to get the details from the deceased's family but have been unsuccessful. I just need the invoice with the serial number to complete the replacement process. I am willing to provide previous invoices, pictures of the TV serial number, and government IDs to prove authenticity. Please assist.

I recently placed an order for Sugarcomb Instant Hair Remover, which was supposed to be delivered yesterday on the 15th of August [redacted]. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery as I was not at home when the delivery boy called. Despite my attempts to reschedule for the evening, the delivery has not been made yet and I am unable to contact anyone regarding my order. The phone number I was given ([redacted]) for the delivery boy has been unhelpful, as it prompts for a "bill number" which I was not provided. I, R. Mishra, placed an order on Flipkart for Adidas Superstar sneakers with Order OD[redacted][redacted]0 and Invoice ID FAB1GD[redacted], sold by Tech Connect Retail Pvt Ltd for Rs. [redacted]. Upon unboxing, I discovered that the product was a fake or a cheap replica. When attempting to request a refund, I encountered an error message stating "Maximum amount of Refund Reached". Subsequently, my Flipkart account was blocked, preventing me from logging in. This unfortunate experience marks the first time in my three years of shopping with Flipkart that I have received a counterfeit item. I am profoundly disappointed by this incident. I made a purchase on Flipkart for a mobile with a great discount of Rs. [redacted], but even though the amount was deducted from my account on 10.08.[redacted], I have yet to receive the product. I received two messages that day, one stating that my order for the Redmi K20 Pro was cancelled due to being out of stock and that a refund would be processed in 3-4 working days, and the other confirming the order placement and promising delivery within 5 days. I have already emailed them about this issue, but it has not been resolved yet. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

Initially received a defective piece, requested a replacement and received the replacement today which has the same issue - the plug pin does not fit into the adaptor holes. Local vendor advised to return the defective item. Unable to process refund as the link is disabled on Flipkart's website and all customer care numbers have been removed. Feeling cheated as a customer. Want to return the item and receive a refund. Disappointed after a longstanding relationship with Flipkart. I am buying the Beston 37 Keys Piano Keyboard Toy with Microphone, USB Power Cable, and Sound Recording Function Analog Portable Keyboard for Rs.[redacted]. I have 5 Flipcart gift vouchers, 1 worth Rs.[redacted] and 4 worth Rs.[redacted] each, totaling Rs.[redacted]. However, when I enter the voucher numbers and pins, it only accepts the first two and then the page either resets or doesn't reflect the added vouchers in the payable amount. The vouchers are new and valid, purchased online by me. The website states that up to 15 vouchers can be used per transaction, but I'm unable to add the third voucher onwards.

I am extremely frustrated with the courier service provided by your company. The delivery personnel have repeatedly disturbed us without cause, even when the parcels are meant for our neighbors on the floor above. They insist on knocking on our door and asking for our names instead of simply reading the address. This has led me to close my account due to the ongoing issues with these delivery staff. In order to continue using Flipkart, I had to create a new account under my mother's name. However, each time we place an order, the delivery personnel ask for directions, despite the address being clearly printed on the items. They are insistent and pushy, ignoring our explanations. Their unprofessional behavior was highlighted when one of them made a disrespectful comment about my voice. We have always been patient and polite with them, but their actions have left us feeling frustrated and deceived. This repeated behavior is unacceptable, and we urge immediate action to address this matter and prevent it from occurring again. Thank you.

The order was placed on August 16, [redacted], from seller TeraDukaan. Upon receiving the phone, I discovered that it was already registered to an unknown phone number, indicating previous use. I requested a refund or replacement, but the seller sent a technician instead. After the technician's assessment and sending the issues to the engineer, the status of my order was changed to rejected, which I find unfair. If I do not receive a replacement or refund within the next 10 days, I will be unable to return the phone. My delivery was delayed as I received an SMS, but there is no update on either Flipkart's website or ekartlogistics.com. I purchased an Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (6 GB RAM) along with a tempered glass on August 29 with an expected delivery date of August 31. Without any prior notice, I received an SMS stating the delay, and the new delivery date is within the next 3 days. The concern lies in the lack of updates on Flipkart or Ekart's website. Today is September 1, yet both sites still display the previous expected delivery date of August 31 without any changes. Worried about my product, especially since I paid via Net Banking. This is the first time such an issue has occurred, and despite my attempts to seek support from Flipkart, I have been unable to reach their customer service as the line is constantly busy. I have also sent an email through their website, but as of now, no reply has been received.

I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes in size 8, but they did not fit me, so I requested an exchange for a different size which was supposed to be delivered today, February 6th, [redacted]. The delivery person arrived at 8 o'clock and asked me to meet him 2 km away from my home to receive the package. When I requested delivery to my house, he became argumentative and used inappropriate language before hanging up on me. My exchange ID is OD[redacted][redacted]0 and return ID is [redacted][redacted]. Following this incident, Flipkart called offering to cancel the order or arrange for a pickup. I am disappointed with Flipkart and Ekart due to this delivery experience. The behavior of this particular delivery person was unacceptable, and I hope necessary action is taken against him.

I received a defective item and have already received the replacement. However, the Flipkart website still shows the original item as "on the way," preventing me from returning it. Additionally, I am having trouble contacting Flipkart customer service, as my calls are being disconnected automatically when using a specific phone number. The replacement car mat received does not fit my car model, despite providing the customer service representative with accurate information. The car mat is also made of plastic instead of the expected leather material and is larger than the specified size for my car model. I request a refund for the purchase price and have attached photos for reference. I trust and recommend Flipkart but am disappointed with this experience. It is important to address this issue promptly.
