I recently bought a Samsung A50 phone from Flipkart on June 17. My registered mobile number is [redacted]. After using it for 7 days, I noticed the camera quality was poor with grainy images. I lodged a complaint within 10 days of purchase, well before my warranty expiration. A technician inspected the phone and confirmed Flipkart was accountable, assuring me of a refund. However, my replacement request was inexplicably canceled. Despite contacting the technician, the issue persists as he flagged it as a complaint. I reached out to Flipkart customer care and spoke with eleven representatives who all assured me of a resolution within 2 days. It has now been 2 weeks and the problem remains unresolved. I have documented evidence, including recordings and statements, of Flipkart's handling of my case over these 2 weeks. Kindly assist me in either obtaining a refund or a replacement as promised, as the customer service experience has been unsatisfactory.

I want to bring to your attention that the book "Textbook of Real Analysis" by RL Gupta, ISBN-10: [redacted], being sold on Flipkart is an unauthorized copy of my publication "Real Analysis for Graduate Students" by Richard F Bass, ISBN-10: [redacted]. The content is identical, and even contains my personal email address on page xvi of the preface. Kindly cease the publication of this pirated version on Flipkart. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact them directly as it requires an account which needs an Indian mobile number, which I do not possess. Any assistance in escalating this matter to the relevant department would be greatly appreciated. Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered the Redmi Note 5 Pro 128GB on July 5, [redacted], from Flipkart with an exchange option. Today, the delivery person visited my home for verification and delivery. They thoroughly inspected my old phone for any damages such as body damage, screen spots, touchscreen issues, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, charging port, scratches, etc. After taking photos from all angles, they mentioned they would return after consulting their senior. However, I received a message stating delivery failed due to a rejected item. I am unsure what the specific reason is for rejecting my mobile. I placed an order with the address pin [redacted]. I received a message about delivery, but when I called the delivery person, they said they couldn't deliver because the pin code [redacted] belongs to another delivery person. I explained that this issue is solely with them and their company. Why should customers suffer due to their mistakes? The book I ordered is urgent for me. I really need it today. If it's not possible, I will consider purchasing from a different app next time.

I am still waiting for my refund, and I find this situation very disappointing and unacceptable. Two to three months ago, I placed an order for a Levi’s wallet and paid [redacted] through net banking. Unfortunately, the payment did not reach the seller, so they could not process my order. They assured me I would receive a refund within 10 days. Due to this, I placed another order using cash on delivery. After receiving the wallet, I was unhappy with the quality and requested a return. The seller took back the wallet and provided me with [redacted] points on my Flipkart account, but I have not received the net banking payment refund. After contacting Flipkart, they mentioned the money has not been received by the seller and is still with the bank. Following up with my bank, they said the money was sent to the seller. Unfortunately, the helpline number seems to be unavailable, and I am unable to get a call back as requested. This experience has left me feeling cheated, and I simply want my money refunded.

I placed an order for 5 folding umbrellas, but I received only 3 folding umbrellas from a different company with a completely different model. I immediately requested a return, and after 2 days, the delivery boy from your company came to pick it up but refused to take it back, insisting I contact the company instead. The delivery boy mentioned only returning the product shown in the image, but how can I return the wrong item you sent me? Why should I return the item that I didn't order? Please resolve this issue promptly and refund my amount. If not, I will have to go to the consumer court. Please call me immediately.

I ordered the Usha MIST 3 Blade Table Fan in Red and White from Seller TRADEPARTNER on July 9th, with the delivery date initially set for July 12th. Despite being shipped two days later, the delivery was rescheduled to the 13th and then later on the 17th. After multiple attempts, I couldn't register my email ID on Flipkart due to issues with the OTPs provided. I contacted Flipkart Customer Care several times to follow up on the delayed delivery but found no resolution. If my order doesn't arrive by the 14th, I will need to cancel it and purchase a fan elsewhere urgently.

I urgently needed a table fan and placed an order on Flipkart on 9th July. The delivery was supposed to arrive by 12th July, but after a delay in shipping, the item showed no progress in tracking. Despite assurances from Flipkart for a shipment by the 13th, there was no movement. After repeated callbacks and reminders on the 14th, there was still no progress. The fan was finally delivered on the 15th, but it was the wrong color - purple instead of red. When requesting cancellation, Flipkart stated it couldn't cancel per the seller's policy and only offered a replacement, scheduled for delivery on the 19th. Comparing Amazon's hassle-free return policy to Flipkart's, I find Amazon more reliable. Registering my email with Flipkart has been unsuccessful, and my previous experience with their warranty service for an air conditioner was also disappointing. Communication with Flipkart via email has been challenging as their email ID is now closed.

Dear Sir, I recently ordered an Acer Aspire 3 Pentium Gold laptop with an HP wireless mouse and a Dell laptop bag from your website. Unfortunately, the laptop and wireless mouse order was canceled by the retailer. The Dell laptop bag was delivered to me yesterday, but the laptop refund has not been processed. After contacting customer care, I was informed that I should receive the refund by July 19th. I inquired about reordering, but was advised there was only a 50-50 chance it would be successful. Despite placing the laptop and mouse order again, it was once more canceled by the retailer. The product was purchased on EMI, and the bank has issued EMIs for the product I did not receive due to the cancellations citing limited stocks. I kindly request a prompt refund and that you communicate with HDFC Bank to resolve the issue. I await an appropriate response from you regarding this matter. Thank you and regards.

I am based in Canada and experiencing trouble accessing my account. I made purchases totaling over [redacted] last year. During my visits to India, I regularly shop online. I have attempted to log in, but it says my email doesn't exist. Trying to create a new account with my Indian number has been unsuccessful as the OTP isn't being received, and there isn't an option for international numbers. Unfortunately, there is no way to reach customer service from outside India as the toll-free number doesn't work from Canada. After wasting hours trying to resolve this, I have decided to shop on Amazon instead. It's frustrating that Flipkart doesn't cater to Indians living abroad and lacks international customer support.

Dear Customer Service, I believe a mistake has been made regarding my Flipkart account, which I have used for several years. My account was suspended during the recent Xiaomi flash sale, and I am extremely frustrated by this situation. I purchased two Xiaomi devices for personal use - one for myself and the other for my cousin. I urge you to investigate this matter further, as the K20 Pro I ordered was intended for me as I prepare to leave for college. The suspension of my account and the cancellation of my order have caused me great inconvenience and disappointment. I purchased a gift card worth Rs. I purchased a Realme C2 on July 7th, but I encountered an issue with the USB tethering function. On July 16th, I initiated a replacement request and received the new phone on July 23rd. However, the replacement phone also had the same problem. Today, a Jeeves authorized technician named Amit Kirtonia visited my house, confirmed the defect, and assured me that I would receive a refund, as stated in my return request. Despite this, Flipkart sent me a message suggesting the issue was resolved by their expert and canceled my refund. I am confused about the current situation.

My account linked to [redacted] has been blocked for what seems like a trivial reason. I recently tried to order an HP Pen Drive, but the order was canceled twice without my authorization. When I raised a complaint, I was informed it was canceled by the seller. After proceeding with the order, my account was blocked on the grounds that my purchases were deemed for business rather than personal use, despite me only buying baby diapers in small quantities. They keep giving me the same vague explanation without addressing the issue. As a long-time customer and a plus member, this treatment is disappointing. I am requesting the unblocking of my account, as well as an invoice for a product for warranty purposes.

I have two registered accounts on Flipkart. One is under [redacted] (phone: [redacted]), and the other is under [redacted] (phone: [redacted]). I bought a watch using the second account ([redacted]) and returned it through a gift card worth [redacted]/-. I transferred this gift card to my other account, [redacted], but I haven't received it yet. I have already filed a complaint, but the assistance provided hasn't solved the issue. The email [redacted] is no longer active, as I explained before. I am struggling to reach out since I can't access this email anymore. Please, help me resolve this problem as it has been ongoing.

Tracking number: [redacted] I recently made a purchase of a Bosch washing machine on Flipkart during their sale on 17th July. After completing the payment along with other orders for the same address, I received a call from the delivery person informing me that Flipkart had not released the funds for the delivery. The delivery person requested an additional [redacted] INR for the delivery. This experience has shaken my trust in Flipkart. I find it unfair to be asked to pay extra after already making a substantial payment. I expect the washing machine to be delivered without any further complications. I would appreciate it if a manager could look into this matter. 1. Are these new tactics from Flipkart to lure customers with sales and then demand extra payment for delivery? 2. Managing employee payments should not be customers' concern. If Flipkart cannot handle this efficiently, they should consider removing their delivery service from their platform to maintain customer trust. 3. I insist that my product is delivered at the price originally agreed upon to my doorstep. Thank you.

I recently bought a Redmi Note 7S, and after 10 days, I encountered multiple issues with the device. The mobile frequently freezes when I try to open apps, lags, and the touch screen is unresponsive. I initiated a return request on Flipkart and missed a few calls from their executive. After connecting, the call got disconnected due to network problems while troubleshooting. I missed the next call during a meeting and received a message saying they couldn't reach me, canceling my return request. Despite trying to contact customer service, I couldn't get through. I need assistance with this situation.

I placed an order for a laptop on July 25, [redacted], and transferred Rs. 59,[redacted] through net banking from my SBI account. The money was deducted but I did not receive an order ID. Flipkart said the transaction shows as pending. My bank confirmed the successful transaction. After contacting Flipkart again, they requested 24 more hours. Despite repeated calls, the issue remained unresolved within the promised time frame. Promises for resolution by July 31 at 4:00 PM were delayed further. Now, I am advised to complain to the bank's grievance division. I have been dealing with this for 6 days. I am requesting Flipkart to provide a bank statement showing the pending transaction. I have played many games on Flipkart where I have won three times in the tip top tree game, and now it shows three TVs. I feel they are trying to make their application popular; that's why they are doing such cheap tricks. My dear brothers, this application is fake; these idiots are cheating people. I request you to shut down this application. If I need a mobile, I will buy it myself.
