I had ordered the Attire4ever women's embroidered kurti with tracking ID FMPC[redacted]. Despite my two cancellation requests via email, the order was not canceled and was delivered to me on 7/5/19. I made the full payment for the item. The e-cart delivery person misled me, as upon opening the package, I discovered that it was a canceled item. I have removed it from my basket and cannot locate it in my order history. I have no records of the purchase in my account. I kindly request a return and a full refund for the canceled item. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I received multiple calls from a number claiming that I won a prize through Flipkart's lucky draw after purchasing an LED TV. They requested a registration fee of INR [redacted] to claim the prize. I believe this is a scam. I am concerned about how my information was obtained; there might be a security issue in your system allowing scammers to access customer details. Please investigate this matter and inform me of the actions taken. I can provide the number and coupon sent by the individual.

We bought a MARQ split AC from your company with invoice number FAB2B [redacted]2. It was installed by your authorized service provider, M/s. Star Consumer Services, on October 22, [redacted]. However, we have not received any servicing for the machine since then. The service provider is not accepting service calls, and when we tried to contact your call center, we were unable to speak with anyone as it always said your representatives were busy. We are entitled to free servicing. Please address this issue promptly.

I ordered 1 pair of London Steps Women Black Wedges, with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]. However, the item I received was completely different from what I had ordered. I have already mentioned this when claiming a refund. Now, the pickup person is refusing to take the product back, stating that it doesn't match the product ordered or shown in the invoice, which is the exact reason for return. Hello Team, I apologize for reaching out via email, but I am uncertain about the help I can expect from Flipkart. I am starting to lose faith in Flipkart's guarantee of hassle-free replacements. Despite numerous requests, my order has not been replaced, and the problem still persists even after the scheduled technical visit by Jeeves for my mobile phone. The ticket was updated without the visit taking place, and now my return request has been canceled. I was informed that my issue was escalated the last time, but there has been no action from Flipkart's end. I am puzzled as to why defective items are being sold on Flipkart. How will my problem be resolved? What has happened to the return policy? I have been promised resolution for my mobile issue each time, but nothing has materialized. Should I discard my mobile? Must I continue using a faulty device? Will my issue ever be addressed? Why is Flipkart operating this way? How can the technical visit team claim the issue is resolved without consulting me? Please provide a valid explanation and take action. Thank you.

I purchased an InFocus A3 with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 under the name S.K. Poddar. It was delivered on April 27th, and upon opening the box, I discovered the phone was gold instead of the expected color, and there was a minor scratch on the camera. I initiated a return, and a technician confirmed the issues. However, no one has come for pickup yet. Flipkart informed me they canceled the old request and created a new one, promising to contact me within 24 to 48 hours. I have sent photos via email but have not seen any progress. I want someone to come and inspect the product before any further steps. I have not touched anything, and it remains as it was. Should I file a complaint with the consumer court?

I came across an offer on Flipkart during the Great Indian Sales for a MU TV at a discounted price of INR [redacted]. I placed an order for the TV and made the payment using my ICICI Bank account [redacted] via Paytm UPI at 2:48 p.m. on May 5, [redacted]. The beneficiary Vijay confirmed receiving the payment. They requested my mobile number and address after the payment, to which I provided all the necessary details. However, as of now, I have not seen any updates on my order status on the website. I am concerned about the authenticity of the site. Despite sending a complaint on May 9 and receiving a message acknowledging my query, I have yet to receive any resolution even after 48 hours have passed. I am eagerly waiting for your response and assistance regarding my query. Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased a JBL T205BT earphone using my friend's mobile. However, I am dissatisfied with the quality and requested a return on May 6th, [redacted]. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the return pickup has not been completed as promised. It has been over a week, and no one has responded to my concerns. This lack of response is frustrating given the 10-day replacement policy. I feel ignored and believe that Flipkart is unwilling to refund my money. Order Number: OD[redacted][redacted]0 I placed an order for a 32" Android TV from MI via Flipkart, and I paid for it with my Visa card expecting delivery to Moolepadam Nagar, Kalamassery, Kochi-[redacted] on May 10. Unfortunately, I did not receive the material, and upon checking, I discovered that the seller had canceled the order. Even though I did not cancel the order or receive a refund, Flipkart is requesting me to place a new order. As far as I know, the original order should still be pending delivery. I urge Flipkart to arrange for the item to be delivered promptly. For your information, I ordered a water pump from Amazon on the same day as the TV, and it arrived at the same address without any delay. I am looking for a resolution soon.

I am Soubhik K. using my registered phone number [redacted]. Regarding order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0, I purchased a Sony XB 55AP wired headset. Upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to find that the right side of the headphones was not working and it seemed to be used. This experience was a waste of my money and was unexpected from a reputed company like Flipkart. Despite the positive reviews and specifications, I received a defective item. I am seeking a full refund for this purchase but could only find a option for replacement on the Flipkart website. It has been a month now, and I am frustrated with the lack of access to my account. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. Contacting your Twitter support team only resulted in receiving automated responses. My account was blocked due to reselling products, even though I purchased screen protectors for personal use, not for resale. I feel let down by the service provided, especially as a Plus Member with a substantial coin balance.

I'm having trouble logging in with my password and even after receiving the OTP for a password reset, I still can't access my account. I reached out to Flipkart customer service and after some back and forth, I found out that my account was blocked due to purchasing a 16GB pendrive which they claimed was not for personal use. Despite my request for an explanation, all I received was a generic response. Frustrating experience with their customer service.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am interested in purchasing the MarQ 43-inch Innoview full HD TV. Yesterday, the price was listed as 13,[redacted] with a "coming soon" status. Today, I received a notification that the price has increased to 15,[redacted]. I was hoping to buy it at the initial price of 13,[redacted] with the HDFC bank card offer which would make it 1,[redacted] less. Now, with the price at 15,[redacted], I am confused. I have an HDFC credit card and there are two bank offers currently: 1. 10% extra discount with HDFC credit or debit card, and 2. INR 2,[redacted] flat off on any bank's credit/debit card and net banking. I am unsure if I can avail both offers simultaneously or which discount applies. I am also concerned about the rate change on Flipkart from 13,[redacted] to 15,[redacted]. This change affects trust in your company as it was initially advertised as a lower price. I recently bought an LPG gas stove with a glass top and auto-ignition from Flipkart. Unfortunately, after being away for 25 days, I discovered a gas leakage smell when I started using it. I contacted Flipkart and even sent them images of the broken glass after it suddenly heated up and shattered while I was cooking. I have not received a proper response from them or the seller. This experience has made me lose trust in Flipkart and I feel let down as a customer. I advise others to reconsider purchasing products from Flipkart due to their lack of support in resolving issues like this.

Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you that I have not received any response regarding the issue with my returned product. I checked my orders, and it showed that the return was accepted successfully. I contacted the Flipkart delivery person via mobile, and he assured me he would pick up the product, but he never showed up. I do not understand why my return was cancelled; this is clearly a mistake on your end. I expect a response from you within 24 hours. I purchased a 3-door cupboard from Flipkart, made by Space Wood. From the first day of installation, the overall quality was not up to the mark, and I requested a return. However, the seller informed me that returns were not possible, only replacements. After opting for a replacement, the seller's engineer claimed the quality was satisfactory, even though we disagreed. Despite several complaints to Flipkart, initially, they claimed they couldn't help, but after persistent complaints, they sent another inspection engineer. Unfortunately, without visiting the location, the engineer also declared the material as good. This delay caused embarrassment during my daughter's marriage as the intended gift went unused due to space constraints. I am disappointed in Flipkart's handling of the situation and hope for a quick resolution, either a refund or an appropriate replacement, to avoid similar issues for future customers.

After contacting Voltas, they informed me that the issue needed to be addressed by Flipkart. As of 21/05/[redacted], no one has fixed my AC, leaving me without a working product after almost two months of ordering. I request for the AC to be removed, and a refund processed, as I no longer have confidence in your company's ability to resolve this issue.
