When I reached out to KODAK TV Customer Care for assistance, they requested a copy of the bill for verification. Regrettably, I am unable to locate the bill as it was purchased using a mobile phone number that is no longer active ([redacted]). Additionally, I have forgotten my login password and am unable to recover the account associated with that number. I kindly request a copy of the bill to facilitate the repair of my TV. I recently purchased a washing machine from flipkart with the order number OD[redacted][redacted]0. I scheduled a delivery for 09/04/[redacted], but unfortunately, it has not arrived yet. Despite my request for a delivery after 7pm, there have been delays. I had to take a day off from work and stay home waiting for the delivery. I have been in contact with customer service, but they keep providing misleading information, claiming the product will be delivered by 7pm. Due to my day off, I have lost [redacted] INR, which is my daily salary. I am feeling frustrated and disappointed by this experience. I hope flipkart can compensate me for this inconvenience.

Hello, I received a Redmi 6 mobile on April 8th. When I tried to turn it on, it only showed the MI logo but wouldn't proceed further. I requested a replacement, but it was rejected twice without any resolution. Customer service asked me to contact them via a toll-free number, but when I called, the number was invalid. This experience has left me disappointed considering I have been a loyal Flipkart customer. I prefer a refund rather than a replacement. I received a notification from Flipkart that my POCO F1 by Xiaomi has been shipped with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 and the delivery is expected by Sunday, Apr 07, [redacted]. I will receive another SMS when the delivery is en route. To track my shipment, I can visit the provided link. It's essential to be cautious of fake offers and frauds. Flipkart never asks for any payments or sensitive information. Unfortunately, the phone my brother ordered for me has a display light bleeding issue. The return request has been submitted, but I have not received any updates. I am not satisfied with the service provided by Flipkart.

My brother purchased a Biba dress worth [redacted] on Flipkart. Soon after, he received a call offering a free iPhone with the purchase. He agreed, but then was told the phone was damaged in transit and had to pay [redacted] for it. Following this, they asked for [redacted] and [redacted] separately and promised reimbursement. Later, they requested [redacted] more to link the account for the refund. This continued with additional requests totaling up to around 2 lakhs. The scammers are now asking for [redacted] more. I believe they obtained my brother's contact details from Flipkart. Please investigate urgently as the amount defrauded is substantial. I placed a prepaid order on Flipkart for 3 copies of the book "My Odyssey" written by Radhakrishnan K (myself!) and Nilanjan Routh, published by Penguin. When E-Kart Logistics delivered my order, the product information on the label was correct, but the content inside was only one copy of "Introductory Microeconomics: Textbook in Economics for Class XII." On your site, my order was displayed as three separate orders, each for one copy, with reference to OD [redacted][redacted]0. Your website showed that I would receive a replacement for two copies and a refund for one. The representative collected the incorrect delivery on April 11, [redacted], and I was notified of the refund. Today (April 17th), the courier came to my house for the replacement of two copies. However, they asked for the original delivery back, which I had returned a week ago. It seems the confusion arose because my single order for three books was split on your site into three separate orders. I am willing to send photographs of the delivered product and the person who collected it if needed.

Unfortunately, when the delivery from E-Kart Logistics arrived, it contained one copy of 'Introductory Microeconomics : Text Book in Economics for Class XII'. Upon informing Flipkart through my order number OD *******************, I was advised for a replacement of two copies and a refund for one. The incorrect item was collected on ** April ****, and a refund was issued. Strangely, today (** April), the courier requested the return of the original incorrect delivery despite having returned it a week ago. I believe this confusion arose because my single order for three books was displayed as three separate orders on the website. I am willing to provide a photograph of the delivered product and the return process if necessary. I kindly ask Flipkart to resolve this matter promptly by delivering the replacement of two copies as per the initial order.

I am concerned about a recent issue with my online purchase of a geyser from Flipkart. Initially, I chose a 24-month EMI option with my Citibank card, but upon realizing the high interest rate, I canceled the order. Shortly afterward, I reordered the geyser with a 6-month EMI option using the same Citibank card. However, upon checking my credit card bill, I discovered that both the 24-month EMI and the 6-month EMI are being deducted for the same product, leading to an overpayment situation. I also noticed that despite canceling the initial order, the refund has not been issued. I have already paid the first EMI for both options, and now I am facing an overdue payment for the second EMI. I recently received a suspicious text from the number [redacted] impersonating Flipkart, claiming I won a prize. Messages like these can easily deceive unsuspecting customers. It's essential for Flipkart to address these fraudulent activities promptly to maintain a trusting customer-merchant relationship. The text reads: "Dear customer, you have won a prize from flipkart.com (TATA SAFARI) worth Rs 12,80,[redacted]. To claim, pay a registration service charge of Rs [redacted] today. For more details, contact the helpline at (+[redacted]76) from Mr. Nitin Kumar Singh."

I, Ramesh Podile, ordered a water purifier and MI TV on Flipkart on April 16th. The tracking shows only the water purifier was due for delivery on the 21st, but the delivery person showed up on the 18th asking for payment. Even though I made a prepaid payment, the status on his side indicated cash on delivery. I suspect the delivery person is being deceitful. I have tried to cancel the order, but on the website, I can only see a return option, not a cancel option. When I attempt to select the return option, it shows as deliver failed. The delivery notes falsely claim that the customer rejected the order. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, they keep stating it's a technical issue and that the item will be delivered. I seek guidance on how to proceed.

I placed an order with order number OD[redacted][redacted]0. During the order placement, it indicated delivery would be by April 20th. However, upon checking the tracking information, the new delivery date is April 22nd. Unfortunately, this does not work for me as I am departing for South Africa tonight. My flight is scheduled for tomorrow morning, leaving me no option to wait. If the website accurately indicated the delayed delivery, I would have chosen a different retailer that could deliver before the 20th. I urgently need the product and attempts to contact your customer service team have been unsuccessful. I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided in this situation.

Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you that although I placed an order on March 11th, I received a Samsung [redacted] instead. My return request was initially rejected, and I provided my ID proof but the wishmaster denied pick up. The seller accepted the replacement the second time, but the wishmaster once again denied the pick-up without giving reasons. Last night, we came across a link offering mobile phones at a very low price. After clicking on it and trying to purchase the OPPO F9 Pro, we realized that Cash on Delivery was not an option, and Paytm was required. We proceeded to enter our payment details, but received a message stating that the merchant, Kapil Kumar, was inactive. Despite trying to cancel the purchase, we received a notification from the bank confirming a transaction of Rs.[redacted] had been made from our debit card. We have attempted to contact Flipkart's customer care but have been unsuccessful. We are long-time loyal customers of Flipkart, and we request an immediate refund of the amount.

I purchased a Moto phone from Flipkart on 03-11-[redacted] with Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 and Invoice No. FAANVIB[redacted]. There is a speaker problem with the phone, and when I visited the Moto service center to resolve this issue, the executive mentioned that they couldn't repair it for free because it's not under warranty. However, based on the invoice and order details, the phone is still under warranty as it's only 5 months old. I tried to explain this to the executive, but they insisted that Flipkart had delivered an old or used phone. I've been trying to contact customer service to raise a complaint, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. The service center executive sent an email as well, but there was no reply. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to take legal action for selling an old phone. Please assist me with this matter at your earliest convenience.

During my one-month absence, my friend received my order and discovered a defect upon opening it. Upon my return, I found that the product is not as expected, and I am disappointed.
