Hello, I am reaching out about my recent order from flipkart.com with tracking ID FMPC[redacted]. Yesterday, I received a message saying it was out for delivery, but it did not arrive. Later in the day, I got another message stating it was undelivered as they couldn't get in touch with me. I attempted to reach the delivery service at [redacted], but there was no response. After calling, they said the parcel was delivered today, but since I couldn't get through to them, I am unsure about the status of my order. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to inquire about the status of my refund for order OD[redacted][redacted]0 under the name Tarun B. I have returned the order but have not received the refund yet. The customer care executive was unable to provide information as my account is not associated with an email address currently, and I am unable to update it because the contact number linked to the account has been inactive for a long time. I have been a loyal Amazon customer with over 5 lakh worth of purchases from my account, and their service has always been satisfactory. This experience has disappointed me, and I will no longer be using Flipkart or recommending it to others. Thank you.

I placed an order for men's cargo pants priced at Rs. [redacted], but I returned them and the refund was added to my Flipkart wallet. I received a call from a number congratulating me on winning a prize worth 1,[redacted],[redacted] through Flipkart. In order to claim the prize, they asked for 2,[redacted] for registration and 19,[redacted] for taxes. Unfortunately, I haven't received any money despite making the payments via GPay. I have already lodged a complaint with Flipkart's consumer support, but haven't received a response. The individuals involved are identified as S. M. and N. S. They provided identification documents like Aadhar card and PAN card. I need advice on how to proceed to recover my funds and apprehend those involved in this fraudulent activity to prevent others from falling victim. If necessary, I will escalate the matter to the appropriate authorities for further action.

I received a call from someone providing their Aadhaar, PAN, and Flipkart ID along with assistant manager's account information, asking for a payment of INR 21,[redacted] for registration and taxes. Later on, the same person asked for an additional INR 32,[redacted] for winner card charges. When I refused to pay, they mentioned that my original amount cannot be refunded. I tried contacting Flipkart customer service but was unable to find a solution. This fraudulent individual claimed to be part of a gang from Bangalore. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter, getting my money back, and apprehending the scammers involved. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I placed an order with the following details: - Order Number: OD[redacted][redacted]0 - Order Date: April 26th, [redacted] The supplier "my bookstore" was scheduled to ship the item on May 2nd. Despite my efforts to contact Flipkart's customer care via email since May 4th, I have not received a clear update on the delayed shipment. I stressed the urgency of my order due to limited stock, but these concerns have not been addressed efficiently. I am disappointed in the lack of communication regarding the status of my order and feel frustrated by the indifferent responses from the customer care team. I urgently seek clarification on whether my order has been packed, when it will be shipped, and why resolving this issue has proven challenging for Flipkart's customer care. I anticipate another unsatisfactory response and fear my order may end up being canceled due to the item now being marked as "out of stock" on the website. If this matter is not promptly resolved, I am considering deactivating my Flipkart account. I plan to escalate this issue to Flipkart headquarters if there is no concrete update on my shipment. I recently received a call from someone claiming to be an executive, stating that I had won a lucky draw prize. I opted for an iPhone 6E but was informed I needed to make a purchase worth Rs [redacted] on the same day. Due to travel constraints, I agreed to make the purchase the next day, only to be told there was a time limit. I ultimately bought a Philips Electric Shaver priced at Rs [redacted] using my HDFC credit card [redacted]. The caller oversaw the transaction and requested my card details and OTP. Despite initial payment issues, I made the purchase twice. Subsequently, the caller claimed I overpaid and attempted to refund by requesting my card details. When the bank alerted me to a Rs [redacted] transaction, I realized it was another ploy for money. Dear sir, I had ordered a Hind Ratan Cool Hair Oil from Flipkart, but when I placed the order, they did not show a delivery charge of 40 rupees, and there was no return policy mentioned for the product. The biggest deception was that the Hind Ratan Cool Hair Oil sent by Flipkart has an expiry date. Therefore, I urge Flipkart to take back their substandard product and refund my [redacted] rupees immediately. If Flipkart fails to do so, I will file a case against them in Consumer Court and expose the cheating done to me by Flipkart on social and print media by creating a video and publishing news in newspapers. By taking legal action against Flipkart and tarnishing their image on social media, you Flipkart officials will be held responsible. Please do not misconstrue my words as a joke. Thank you.

I recently ordered a redmi note (onyx black, 64GB) for an exchange price of [redacted] rupees with my lenovo a7000 valued at [redacted] rupees. The delivery person from ekart wish master mentioned that my lenovo a7000 had paint removed near the charger port, which led to the cancellation of my order despite it meeting the exchange criteria. I protested this as the guidelines for exchange he showed me included that some removal of paint was acceptable. I escalated the matter to his supervisor, but the explanation was unsatisfactory. After reaching out to flipkart customer service, they initially promised to follow up but later requested images of a lenovo a6000 plus instead of the a7000 I owned. Despite informing them of the error, I have not received a resolution yet. I am keen to see what "action" will be taken against the delivery person, his supervisor, and the team responsible for the mix-up in my exchange model. Their mistakes have inconvenienced me, and I hope for a resolution soon.

I have not received my shipment from Ekart Logistics with tracking number FMPP[redacted]. The order was dispatched from the Flipkart facility in Gurgaon and in-scanned at MotherHub_BNL on May 2nd. It arrived at the Flipkart facility in Delhi on May 3rd but could not be delivered the same day. The order will now be delivered in the next 3 days. The shipment is currently at the hub nearest to my location, but as of now, it has not been delivered.

Hello, I need help with an urgent matter regarding my Samsung TV order through Flipkart. My order ID is OD[redacted][redacted]00, with Ekart logistic number FMPP[redacted]. The delivery was supposed to arrive on May 5th. After it did not show up on time, I contacted the Ekart delivery number provided in my SMS. The person claimed to have tried contacting me, stating that as I did not answer, they proceeded to a different location and will now deliver my package on May 6th. However, I just checked my Flipkart account and it shows that my TV was delivered on May 5th at 8:30 PM, which is untrue. I suspect the delivery person mistakenly or purposely marked it as delivered. Hello, I made a purchase on my Flipkart account, but received a damaged phone. After submitting a return request, it was pending. I contacted customer care and they canceled the first request and created a new one. However, the second request is still pending. They asked me to wait 48 hours, but my account logged out during the call disconnection. I tried to log in multiple times using different browsers, but failed. Customer care mentioned the return request was canceled by the seller. I received the damaged Vivo X21 and am unable to submit a return request from my end due to login issues. Kindly assist in submitting a return request for Vivo X21 through customer care or help me login to my Flipkart account to address this issue. Hello, I am Nilesh. I received my MI TV from FlipKart yesterday in excellent condition. I received an SMS indicating that the free installation was scheduled for the 7th of May. However, the installation technician called today to inform me that they do not have the wall mount bracket available. I have informed him to come for installation when the bracket is available. I have a few concerns: 1) The delivery and installation timeline coincides with the Akshy Trutiya Occasion, which influenced my decision to purchase from FlipKart. Due to the unavailability of the wall mount bracket, I am unable to proceed with the installation. 2) I had to take a day off from work for the installation. How will this inconvenience be compensated? 3) If essential accessories are not in stock, why are the TVs being sold? 4) Why are false commitments being made? It appears that there is a lack of commitment on your end, undermining the sentiment of the customer. I recommend that MI refrains from selling products on FlipKart, as it is tarnishing your brand's reputation. I have attached the bill for your reference. Hello, I'm Suman Singh. I want to inform you that I placed an order for a game DVD for my son on April 8, [redacted]. Although it was delivered, I returned it on April 12, [redacted] to request a refund. However, the refund did not happen. Surprisingly, on April 22, [redacted], I received the DVD again. On the same day, when the delivery person returned with the item, I refused to accept it and asked for a refund. Despite speaking with customer service, I was informed that I had rejected the item after the return period. This treatment is unacceptable. If I don't receive my refund within two days, I will escalate this matter to the company owner and consider legal action. I will also inform my friends and family to be cautious with shopping on Flipkart.

I paid for the Digni Women White Heels using UPI, but the order didn't go through. Even though I got an SMS stating the deduction from my account, there was no order confirmation or any sign of the order in 'My Orders'. Surprisingly, the items remain in 'My Cart' after I made the full payment. I am looking to get a refund of [redacted] rupees because the order wasn't completed and the deduction seems unnecessary.
