Order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0 Hello Team, I placed an order for an Asus mobile which was delivered on October 27, [redacted]. Due to my absence, I only opened the product on October 29, [redacted], and discovered issues with the battery performance and scratches near the camera lens. Despite troubleshooting steps provided by your customer service team and three visits by Jeeves engineers, the camera problem persists. Although the engineer acknowledges the camera issue, upon leaving, they mark the issue as resolved without a fix. My return requests keep getting closed with no resolution. I feel the engineer might be closing cases to meet targets rather than solving the actual problem. I have spent nearly 13,000rs on this product and expect better service. I request a refund promptly; otherwise, I will escalate the matter to your nodal office and consumer forum. I scheduled a pick-up for my Ico jeans on 1st November. Despite requesting a later time, the wishmaster rescheduled for the next day. The following day, another person called but refused to pick up at my preferred time after 4p.m. After mentioning customer service, he agreed. However, he called back at 3:45 pm, claiming to have waited for an hour. I provided detailed address information, but he couldn't locate it. As a result, he returned the item. I am looking to file a complaint and arrange for a rescheduled pick-up.

I tried exchanging my Lenovo K5 Note for a Redmi Note 5 Pro via Ekart, but the courier refused due to a small scratch on the phone's body that didn't affect the screen. This seemed unfair as the phone was otherwise like new. It's disappointing how this exchange offer turned out, making me question Flipkart's service. I feel let down and might have to switch to Amazon for better customer service. Additionally, I purchased JBL headphones from Flipkart two years ago, and after just a year, one side stopped working without any proper solution from customer service. I expected better quality and support for electronic accessories.

Neeta Shet, madam. I regularly purchase products for my family and my shop. I distribute these products to my workers, friends, and family, and I do not work as a middleman. My business in offset printing is substantial. I am wondering what benefits I can expect from conducting such dealings, as I only use products under the name of Mayur Wani, which I personally endorse. I am disappointed with the suspicion placed on me recently, although I appreciate the good service of Flipkart, from which I used to order. I also have an Amazon account, but I mostly prefer Flipkart. You can investigate my situation, and I swear on my child that I have not and will not engage in any wrongdoing. My father would never approve of such behavior.

Hello, I am Vinod Chaurasiya. I purchased a product for marketing from your Flipkart store. Some of the materials turned out to be fine while some were defective. One of the items, a "Aqua Ultra+[redacted]05" filter, made a strange noise and stopped working immediately after turning it on. I contacted customer care and was informed that if I want the filter repaired, there will be a service charge. I am curious to know if the warranty also includes service charges. Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out regarding a recent purchase made by my father on Flipkart. We have always been satisfied customers until now. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the water purifier we ordered, we were sent a vacuum cleaner. After requesting a replacement, the replacement product we received had missing parts and was defective. We then asked for a refund. When a technician examined the product, they pointed out color discrepancies and proposed a paid fix, insisting we keep the flawed item. To my dismay, I discovered my refund request was cancelled, leaving me in a troublesome situation. I have diligently followed all of Flipkart's procedures, but am now at a loss. I received my order (Order ID: OD[redacted][redacted]0) for 1 S D Black Dial Gold Watch/S D Shop Branded Gentlemen MF IV [redacted] Chain on November 6, [redacted], from E-kart delivery. Upon inspection, I discovered the chain is defective and does not lock properly. Unfortunately, no bill or warranty document was included in the package. I promptly reported the issue to Customer Care on the same day around 07:00 p.m. I was assured a refund of Rs. [redacted].00, and I provided my bank details for the refund. I also requested the collection of the defective product. However, the product has not been collected, and the refund has not been credited to my bank account.

I placed an order for a sofa set with Order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0 on October 15, [redacted], at 5:04 PM using my credit card for Rs. 35,[redacted]. The amount has also been converted into EMI. The expected delivery date, according to FLIP cart, was November 6, [redacted]. However, as of today, I have not received the item. Although FLIP cart's delivery status shows it was delivered on October 27, [redacted], at 11:59 PM, this is incorrect. I have lodged a complaint with customer care, and they assured me the issue would be resolved by November 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not been contacted regarding the current status of the problem. I kindly request for prompt assistance in delivering the ordered item as soon as possible. Please acknowledge the value of my hard-earned money and address this matter without delay.

I ordered 3 curtain sets from Flipkart on October 10th to match the room's interior. The details are as follows: - Red Hot [redacted] 9 ft one pair Blue Color - Red Hot [redacted] 7 ft one pair Blue Color - Red hot [redacted] 5 ft two pair Blue Color Initially, I received two sets of curtains in different colors. After raising a replacement request, the second delivery also had the wrong colors and sizes. Despite a replacement attempt, the 3rd parcel was not received. Speaking with Flipkart's customer care agents Anjali and Mayank, both mentioned being outside the replacement period, although considering the delivery date of October 29th, I am within the period. I seek a solution from the Flipkart team regarding the wrong-sized curtains I now have, hoping for a resolution due to my long-standing trust in your brand.

I purchased an HP laptop expecting it to come with preloaded MS Office, a guide, and a warranty card. However, the laptop I received does not have these features as advertised. Furthermore, the camera is defective, resulting in unclear images. Despite requesting a return three times for various reasons - initially for the missing MS Office, then for the faulty camera, and finally for the absent warranty card and guide - my requests were repeatedly canceled by the seller, claiming my reasons were invalid. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Flipkart which was delivered on November 16, [redacted]. I was expecting a demo and installation from a Samsung engineer, but no one has shown up yet. Despite informing Flipkart on November 19th, there has been no progress. Initially, I was informed the demo would happen on a Sunday, but the person was not available as he was in Bhubaneshwar. After contacting support, I received an email stating the installation was canceled. I request for immediate assistance and resolution as there was damage to the foot of the refrigerator during delivery by Ekart. Their staff mentioned the installation team would address the issue, so I am seeking help to resolve this matter promptly.

Hello Flipkart, I placed an order for the Asus APU Dual Core A6 X540BA GQ-119T laptop on October 14 during the Big Billion Day Sale. However, on October 18, I received the wrong model, Vivobook 15 X540BA. I promptly requested a replacement on the same day but have been facing delays from the company in resolving this issue. Despite assurances of a resolution, the dates for the replacement have been repeatedly postponed. I have refrained from using the incorrect product and have informed the company about the mix-up. After multiple rescheduled dates, I raised a complaint with Flipkart and contacted the National Consumer Helpline. They have provided me with a grievance number [redacted] and given the company 5 to 7 days to rectify the situation. I am hopeful for a swift resolution.

Hello, I would like to address an issue with my recent order. Instead of receiving the smart TV I purchased, I received a regular TV. I reached out to your customer service team and was initially informed that I would receive a replacement. However, after 17 days, I was told that a refund would be issued instead. This delay and change in resolution have caused inconvenience and financial loss as I used my credit card for the purchase and now have to pay additional interest. I ordered the Moto "Power One" mobile phone on 08.12.[redacted] with an old Moto G5-Plus exchange offer, paying Rs. 10,[redacted] via HDFC Credit Card. On 11.12.[redacted] at 6:45 p.m., during delivery, the delivery person rejected the old phone stating faults and was impolite, leading to non-delivery and a failed/refused delivery SMS. The payment made in advance hasn't been refunded to my HDFC account yet. I request a prompt refund and express my desire to proceed with the purchase under the exchange offer, baffled as to why the old phone was declined despite being in good condition.

[redacted]. After making the payment through Paytm, I was then asked to pay Rs. [redacted] as GST charges, promising a refund upon delivery. The person involved, Mr. Sharma, contacted me from the numbers +91 97[redacted]7 and +91 97[redacted]8. Unfortunately, after paying a total of Rs. [redacted], I have not received any response or product. I am concerned as this individual had detailed information about my past orders, making me believe it was a legitimate call. I am shocked and disappointed by this experience, as I have always trusted Flipkart. I kindly request urgent investigation into this matter and the refund of Rs. [redacted] + [redacted]. Hello Flipkart, I have been satisfied with the timely delivery of products by your company in the past. However, today's experience in purchasing a TV was disappointing. I ordered a Vu TV with an exchange for my old Samsung TV in working condition. I was surprised when a driver was sent to inspect my old TV. Despite verbally approving the TV's condition, he took a photo and shared it with his manager. The remote conclusion was that there is a display issue. Please see the attached image of my old TV for your assessment. In the future, please send knowledgeable professionals in TV technology rather than mere drivers who relay information remotely. I attempted to address the matter with the driver, but he left without informing me. I am unsure if this is now how Flipkart operates. Thank you, Jay
