Hi Team,**This email is regarding my Asus Zenfone return request.As suggested earlier I reset my phone and went through the steps that your support staff told.after that also I faced same issue and again request for return.today one Flipkart technician came and observed same issues like play store,face scanner not working ,over heating etc,which I was facing.After checking all again he told to reset the phone.*Now here my concern is why should I reset again and again and each time taking a backup and restore the data.the technician also don't have somlle knowledge of checking .I told him first check if issue is there each time he is telling just reset the machine which a small kid can do.o did the same and yet facing same issue.**So I request you to kindly consider my request ,if possible refund my money .earlier I was thinking for replacement but after facing your technician and your customer service I am thinking not no buy anything from Flipkart going forward.i will also let other know about the way you guys are handling customer request.i will spread this message in every possible social platform.your service is pathetic.**Attaching technician photo.educate him more so that he can catch problem without resetting.these type of guys should be fired with immediate effect.they don't deserve this position.**I have been contacting you guys since last week for this problems I am facing.but I am very much disappointed for the service I am getting.youbare no way nearer to Amazon.adding to that each time I have to write a email for my problem.why you don't have any toll free number.I did a big mistake but buying product from Flipkart.I will make sure none of my friends and relatives buy from Flipkart who doesn't care about customer.very unprofessional behavior.don't have any knowledge about phone.**And Finally If possible replace this item without reset,if not also I am fine as I learned each time you face a problem just reset your mobile.hope you understand.* Count this as priority.**Have a great day.**Thanks and Regards,*Santosh
