During the exchange process, on May 12, [redacted], the delivery was attempted, and the delivery boy requested the exchange on the road instead of at the address provided. While examining the exchanged phone, it slipped from his hand, causing damage. He then requested additional items like a charger and headset, which were not part of the exchange policy. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, he refused to exchange the product and left. I reported the incident to Flipkart, but the initial response was not satisfactory. After speaking to a higher-level representative, a complaint was lodged, and assurance was given that the order would not be canceled. However, to my surprise, the product was canceled on May 14, [redacted], without a resolution. Despite continuous follow-ups, the situation remains unresolved, and I am contemplating seeking legal assistance if necessary.

Hello Team, I am disappointed as this is my fourth email without any response. I am concerned about an order that was not placed but charged me [redacted] from my bank account. Also, 40 Rs was deducted from my gift card, and I have not received any refunds for both amounts. The customer service experience so far has been unsatisfactory, and the lack of knowledge from the customer care executives is concerning. While the amounts may not be significant, it is about trust. I am contacting you about a recent order I placed using my mobile number ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, the product I received does not meet my expectations. I requested a return and refund through your customer service, but I faced an issue with the courier. He claimed the product was not under the name Trimanav, which I was not aware of. It seems like I have been misled into receiving a subpar product instead of the Trimamav product I ordered. I have been attempting to contact your customer service without success. I am very disappointed in your service, as this is the worst online shopping experience I have had so far. Where is the promise of authenticity? The return process has only added to my frustration. I am currently based in Saudi Arabia and I recently purchased 2 KartV Back covers for the Apple iPhone 6s, totaling Rs. [redacted] including shipping fees. However, upon receiving the parcel at my friend's address in India (as I am on vacation), I discovered that only one cover was included instead of the two I had paid for. My contact number ends with 90******01. I ordered six books from Gate [redacted] Ace Academy, but I only received two books instead of six. I made the full payment. I contacted Flipkart customer care, and they assured me the issue would be fixed in the next order. However, in the following order, I received only three books out of four (**one book is missing). I requested Flipkart to refund the payment for the missing book or send the book. It has been a month, and Flipkart has not resolved the issue. This situation is affecting my studies, and I am feeling frustrated. I am hopeful that my problem will be resolved soon. Thank you.

I ordered the Kenobi K5Vibe Plus in April, and my mobile froze in August. I contacted Lenovo's service center, and they informed me the IMEI had been changed from the bill to the mobile. After speaking to Flipkart customer care, they initially suggested a replacement. However, after 4 days, the seller asked for a refund but it has not been processed. On September 26, a Flipkart pickup person came but refused to take the mobile due to an IMEI number mismatch. The seller later promised a replacement within hand-to-hand exchange before October 6, but now I discovered the replacement has been canceled. I want Flipkart to acknowledge the ineffective resolutions by the seller. I bought the mobile trusting the website, but now I doubt Flipkart's reliability for purchases. Hello, I am Tulsi. I purchased a Metronaut casual short sleeve solid women's orange top (Order: OD[redacted][redacted]0) on September 27th. Due to size issues, I returned it but still haven't received my refund. If this continues, I will escalate this matter to the consumer forum. The total amount was ₹[redacted], including ₹77 from my debit card and ₹[redacted] from my gift card. The wallet amount of ₹[redacted] is not reflecting correctly. I placed an order for a TV on October 10th with order number OD[redacted][redacted]0. The delivery was scheduled for October 15th, but I have yet to receive the product. The most frustrating part is that the app's status details have not been updated accurately. It still shows that the delivery will be made by October 15th, which is impossible. Despite contacting Flipkart support 10 to 15 times, the representatives have not been helpful. They keep repeating the same information, asking me to wait for 24 hours for a call from the logistics team rather than resolving the issue. I have been waiting for 48 hours for this call, only to be told to cancel my order as they are unable to reach the seller. After speaking to support today, I was informed that Flipkart cannot deliver the product on time and that even their higher officials cannot provide additional information. I have waited a week and paid in full, yet they cannot offer a solution or arrange an alternative seller for the TV, which is disappointing. This experience has deterred me from making future purchases on Flipkart.

Although it was delivered yesterday, the installation scheduled for today has not occurred, and I have no information about when to expect the installation team. Despite contacting Flipkart's customer care, they were unable to provide any details regarding the installation timing. This has caused me to take time off work for no reason. Hello team, I purchased an Apple iPhone 6 32GB from Flipkart on September 20th for 24,[redacted] using my debit card. On September 21st, the app indicated that the product was delivered, but I never received any item. I immediately contacted Flipkart and reported the issue. On September 22nd, the delivery person acknowledged not delivering the product when he came to my house. I contacted Flipkart again, and they promised to resolve the issue by September 26th. However, when I called on that date, they extended the resolution date to September 29th, and I have only received further delays since. It has now been over a month, and I am disappointed with the service from a company like Flipkart. Despite my requests for a refund, no action has been taken. I ordered the realme 2 on October 10th, [redacted], and received it on October 16th. Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that the camera quality is poor with lack of clarity and the portrait mode doesn't work. Despite initially thinking the camera was the only issue, I have since encountered more problems. During calls, there are voice quality issues making it hard to understand the other person. I confirmed this problem by trying with multiple phone numbers. As I am within the return period, only one day over, I would like to return this unsatisfactory product. I've heard that Flipkart is known for helping their customers, so I hope they can assist me in returning this product. Thank you.

Dear Sir, On the 18th of October [redacted], I received the Marq 1.5 ton Inverter AC that I ordered, but it was missing the outdoor unit. I have been in contact with your team daily to resolve this issue. Dear Concerned, I had a terrible experience believing in Flipkart for purchasing my refrigerator. I ordered it a while ago and received it on October 21st. The delivery person mentioned that someone would come for the installation, but after waiting two days, nobody showed up or contacted me. When I reached out to Flipkart customer service on October 23rd, they said the issue would be resolved by October 29th, which was a long wait, but I agreed to it. Today, when I called again to inquire about the installation, I was told that there was no provision for installation on my product, which was shocking and unacceptable. The customer service representative I spoke with was not comfortable speaking in English, despite being on an English IVR. When I requested to speak with a senior, my call was not transferred, and I was not provided with an email address to address my concerns about the white and green color spots on the new product. The Haier company disconnected the call when I mentioned I bought the product from Flipkart. This was my first time ordering from Flipkart, and the experience was so awful that I will never shop with them again and will advise others against it. On the morning of October 30, [redacted], I received four items from E-kart. The items include an ihandikart Ganesha idol, a Metal Hanuman idol, a Tea Tree Oriflame lotion, and two pillow covers. I had opted for cash on delivery when placing the order, and the total amount was Rs. [redacted]. I paid Rs. [redacted] to the delivery person and was supposed to receive Rs. 70 in return, but due to a lack of change, he became rude and shouted at me. I was quite upset by this experience and would appreciate it if Flipkart could ensure better behavior from their delivery staff. The delivery person's comments and behavior were disrespectful, suggesting I should have exact change and even encouraged me to make online payments instead of choosing cash on delivery. Flipkart should address this issue for a smoother customer experience.

Hello everyone, Recently, I made a purchase on Flipkart with Order No. OD[redacted][redacted]0. On the day of delivery, October 29th, [redacted], a delivery person named Dhanesh called me at 11:00 AM and arrived at my shop between 4:30-5:00 PM. Once the delivery guy, who identified himself as Dhanesh, entered my shop, it was evident he was under the influence of alcohol. When he demanded payment, I asked for more details about the product being delivered since I receive numerous packages daily. However, he responded with aggression, belittling my purchase and even resorting to using offensive language in front of my customers. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also distressing, especially considering the nature of my business where many of my patrons are women and school students. Despite the unpleasant encounter, the product has not been received yet.
