i have ordered asus phone in flash sale on **rd May **** vid eorder no. OD****************** . I have exchanged an existing phone in flash sale. on **th of may **** delivery was attempted. I got a call from the delivery boy and he asked me to collect the phone on road not at the provided address. I immediately located him on road. he asked for the exchanged product. I have given him the exchanged mobile. but that phone slipped from his hand fell down on road while he was examine the exchanged product. as a result dents appeared on the phone and volume key was slightly out. delivery boy got shocked and he asked for the additional thing mobile charger,headset and original box obviously only original box was there not the additional accessories. i argued with him because as per exchange policy flipkart never asked for these things. may be he demanded the same from me because of those dents. finally he refused to exchanged the product and returned the exchanged phone to me and advised me to order again. he also told me within ** minutes order will be cancelled. although there were some other people presented on the road and noticed this incident and they also requested your staff to do the needful. but after an argument he fled on his bike. straight away incident was reported on flipkart helpline but i was surprised by that person because he refused to take complaint. after that i have spoken to the next level and explained him all the things finally after a log chat flipkart has taken a complaint and on the same call i was assured by flipkart my order will not be cancelled and it will be reattempt for delivery. I was also assured by flipkart on the same call on **th May **** afternoon order will not be cancelled until appropriate resolution will be given. but i was surprised flipkart hasn't taken any action on the complaint but they cancelled the product and dispatch the same to the seller on **th May **** around * AM. Since then i am contacting regularly to flipkart at my own and every time a new deadline comes from flipkart. nothing is happening at all. I have all the recorded conversions with me in these conversions you will find how badly customer was handled by the flipkart for this incident. Its a never ending situation. I think flipkart left only one option and that is legal route. I will provide you more details in my next emails.
