I received an email that my flight MNL to YVR last April **, **** was cancelled due to COVID-**. My ticket * ***-*********** Booking reference RN*IBC*I contacted Philippine Airlines to rebook my flight, however they are not able to process my rebooking as I booked the flight with you (FLIGHTHUB)* and recommended that you should rebook my flight.*I tried accessing the email that you sent ********** (offering options proactively), I clicked "Yes, I am interested". But it says "your flight do not currently meet the conditions of any travel advisories". Currently, Philippines is under Enhanced Community Quarantine until April **, ****, ALL international flights are cancelled. When the situation allows, please rebook my flight to May **, **** or any day after the **th of May. I have to go back to Canada as I am a permanent resident there and work as a health care provider.
