I booked a trip from abbostford to Hamilton this feb I purchased the cancellation fee and two days later had to cancel. Since March this year I have been calling to rebook with my credit. I have been put on hold for hours trying to see if they can get me a flight to no avail I’m told no flights available I have called flight hub at least ** times trying to get flight. They even told me to call flair airline which is where the flight that was suppose to take me. That wasted hours of my time again was told they did not have my credit with them it was with flighthub so back to square one. I cannot get a straight answer from why they cannot give me a flight it’s to the same designation with same two people. I am so upset I don’t know were to go from here what do I do next time is running out on credit Friday last week I called and told them I wanted the issue of a flight resolved that day after hour on phone they said they would call me back with a flight that was last week still haven’t heard from them. Flight are so cheap right now I was hoping to get something booked for dec ANY FLIGHT and TIME in dec for a five day trip is that to much to ask
