This particular Flexsteel couch is poor quality with flaws.

I need someone to listen to my concerns and see that this couch is not quality as Flexsteel promised me. I would like to talk with someone to resolve this. ... Well I purchased a flexsteel couch and it has a hole in back from plastic poking through, fabric on arms shedding and coming apart as well as design flaw on arch of back of couch and few others issues. I am very unhappy and Mueller furniture said that Flexsteel isnt going to help me. I am unhappy with a multitude of things with the couch and it is a brand new purchase.

I am not going to allow a major business as Flexsteel or Mueller furniture to make my new purchase a horrible home addition.

Contacting me right away and giving me some options for a resolution.

I have a new home and much more to buy, trying to find the right company to stand by me.

I have called Mueller furniture and had pictures taken and a service call. They understand that there are some issues bit being rude to me and not listening to all my concerns with this new couch.
