I encountered an issue with my Fiverr seller account because my original email was no longer accessible, leading to my account being temporarily disabled. Despite my attempts to contact customer support to remedy the situation by explaining the email problem, I was met with a dilemma. In order to reach out for help, a Fiverr account login is required. Consequently, I had to create a secondary account to communicate with support. Regrettably, I was informed that having a second account violated their Terms of Service, resulting in the permanent closure of both my original and new accounts. This action eradicated all my gigs, reviews, messages, and hindered my ability to withdraw the remaining funds from my account. The process seems unjust for a reputable company like Fiverr. I am frustrated by the outcome and wish to have my original account reinstated with a change of associated email.

Hello, Fiverr. In [redacted], I created a buyer account that I never used. Recently, I made a new account, but it got temporarily disabled because the first one was still active, and I couldn't remember the email and password for it. I opened the new account because I couldn't access the old one. I am writing to request a reconsideration of the decision regarding my current account and ask for the restrictions to be lifted. Unfortunately, last month, my new Fiverr account was temporarily disabled because my original account was still active. I couldn't access the first account as I forgot the login details. After reviewing the 5 logos sent to me, I selected the desired one by clicking yes, and my order was marked as complete. However, I have only received the source file for the approved logo, and the invoice indicates charges for services not provided. I have contacted the seller regarding this issue, who mentioned that I would receive the rest of my order after approval, which has not occurred. Hello, I have been a seller on Fiverr since September [redacted] with the username rabiaaamir_. I started working in Pakistan and recently moved to Qatar. My laptop, where Fiverr was always signed in, started malfunctioning two days ago, so I cleared out cookies and temp files to improve its performance. When I tried to log back into my account, I couldn't recall my password. After resetting my password, Fiverr prompted for SMS verification, but my phone number was still the one from Pakistan and I couldn't receive the SMS even with roaming. I managed to remember my password eventually, but the next day I was automatically logged out from all devices for security reasons, prompting me to change the password. I was charged £13.38 on September 2nd for a subscription service supposedly set up on June 15th on Fiverr. I never intended to set up a subscription, as I do not usually subscribe to services. I was only inquiring about a gig price, which I later declined. I realized Fiverr attempted to charge £74.50 through PayPal, but the payment was declined due to insufficient funds. I reached out to Fiverr three days ago and sent two more messages yesterday, but I have not received any response yet. It worries me, especially considering the high amount they tried to withdraw. Hello, I recently had a gig removed from Fiverr due to a copyright violation. However, I am unsure of the specific details of the violation, as there were no warnings provided. My work typically involves creating animated explainer videos using paid software and licensed graphics from platforms like freepik.com. I also source graphics from other Fiverr sellers or directly from clients. Hello, I would like to report an issue with a client named Talha bin Arif. He offered to pay me directly for a project outside of Fiverr, but I preferred to work through the platform. Despite him initially asking for a PowerPoint, he sent materials for a newsletter instead. I completed the task in one day, although it was a longer project. Talha threatened to escalate the situation to Fiverr if I didn't agree to additional work he requested at the last minute. Unfortunately, he never paid me for the project and later created a dispute, claiming I didn't complete the work to his satisfaction. I have evidence to support my version of the events. I had a bad experience with a seller on Fiverr. I ordered 3 sets of banner ads in multiple sizes, but the seller only provided one size with my pictures pasted onto a plain white background like a Word document. Despite my attempts to cancel and reaching out to Fiverr support with screenshots, they didn't help. Then, without my permission, they approved a $[redacted] ad campaign for a week where the seller did nothing and marked it as delivered. I was dealing with a family emergency and couldn't be online, so this was unacceptable. I will be contacting my bank again if Fiverr doesn't refund me by Friday. It's frustrating that contacting Fiverr is so difficult with no clear email, chat, or phone support. I hope to get this resolved soon.

I am having an issue with my order number FO[redacted]6E13. The seller is not following my instructions and is refusing to cancel the order. Before placing the order, I clearly explained what I needed from the seller in the inbox messages. Despite this, after placing the order, the seller did not fulfill my requirements. I even provided all the necessary files and instructions, without any success. The seller delivered a product that did not meet my specifications and then complained about the workload for the budget. I have tried to address this by contacting the resolution center with request # [redacted] on Sep 6th, [redacted], but I have not received a response yet. The project I asked the seller to complete was delivered late and incomplete, failing to meet my requirements. After providing clear feedback on what needed immediate attention, the seller was unable to make the necessary corrections. As the buyer, I am requesting a refund totaling $[redacted] for the unsatisfactory work on projects ID FO1932C04A54 and FO6Eb7A4C382. The seller assured me she could meet my requirements but failed to do so. Despite discussing the issues with her, she claimed she doesn't know how to issue a refund. I am now seeking FIVERR's assistance in getting the funds returned or credited to my account as I have not received any response from them despite multiple attempts to reach out.

I previously had a Fiverr seller account under the name Binderya Bat, offering English to Mongolian translation services. After completing two orders, I had approximately $17 ready for withdrawal, but couldn't access it due to PayPal not being available in Mongolia. Consequently, I didn't log in for about a month and later received an email stating that my account was paused, promising reactivation. Now, when attempting to sign in, I receive a message stating that my account is no longer active. I am unsure why my account would be deleted as I have not violated any terms of service. It feels like my money has been taken. I wish to regain access to my account and funds, planning to use my Facebook login to sign in.

Hello, I received an $80 order from a client for a 3D modeling project of a large villa per their requirements. After delivering the initial project, the client requested revisions. I completed the additional work requested inside the house as well. However, the client then asked for a video to be created, uploaded to YouTube, and the link sent to them. Despite completing $[redacted] worth of work for $80, the client now wants a walkthrough and texturing. They have requested a fifth revision, even though I had initially offered only four revisions. I am a newcomer to Fiverr with only six completed orders so far, and I am unsure how to proceed in this situation.

I am concerned as when I attempted to transfer money via bank transfer on Fiverr, it seems to have gone to an unknown bank account without me inputting any bank details. I did not have the option to provide my bank account information on the site. I would like this transaction to be canceled, as it is impacting my work on the platform. Fiverr did not prompt me to enter my bank details, but simply notified me that the payment was made. For future transactions, I urge Fiverr to allow users to input their bank account details directly. Additionally, the payment for a job I completed, involving a client I brought to Fiverr, has not reached me. Fiverr deducted fees from both the client and me, which is troubling. I need clarification on where these funds have gone and would appreciate the ability to enter my bank account details promptly. Your prompt attention to this matter is crucial as I rely on this income.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using a tutor on Fiverr. The tutor's unprofessional behavior and disrespectful language throughout our interactions have left me feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. This individual accessed my account without permission and even sent a false and derogatory message to my teacher. I have screenshots of these interactions as proof. I have reported this issue multiple times and am eagerly awaiting a resolution within the next 24 hours. I am requesting an immediate and full refund of $12 for the services rendered. Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered a box design from the seller named Saiful97. Despite some initial responsiveness issues, I eventually received the files. Unfortunately, I could only check the PDF files as I did not have the necessary software to open the AI file. Upon sending the files to the factory for printing, they informed me that the quality was too low for production. Despite requesting a high-quality file from the seller, I have yet to receive it or any response. I kindly request assistance in canceling the order due to the seller's unresponsiveness in providing a usable file for printing the box. Thank you.

What has changed on Fiverr? I've been away for some time, and the primary appeal of your platform used to be the simple and straightforward concept of "Everything is $5." However, it seems that this is no longer the case as I see services listed for $80, $[redacted], $[redacted], and so on. The shift away from the original pricing structure is disappointing. Similar to "Dollar Stores" that moved away from everything being a dollar, the essence of Fiverr seems to have been altered. I find it challenging to recommend the site to others now as the core value proposition has shifted. Furthermore, locating this contact form proved to be quite a frustrating experience, underscoring the difficulty of direct communication with websites.
