Hello, I'm disappointed with the customer support on Fiverr. Currently, my account is restricted due to a request for a buyer to edit or change feedback, which is against policy. I'm certain I didn't violate this rule as I have evidence to support my claim. Despite presenting my proof to Fiverr customer support, they have ignored my messages and simply told me to wait for a review of my account. This treatment is unfair to sellers who work hard on the platform only to face restrictions like this. I'm considering advising my friends against using Fiverr due to this experience. Hello, I am a new seller on Fiverr. Two days ago, a buyer with the username MonarchMasks messaged me. I promptly responded and offered him additional services, including setting up a fitness store and creating a video ad. Despite these efforts, the buyer now claims my work is unsatisfactory and undervalued at $[redacted]. He has also changed all account passwords. I believe he is committing fraud. I urge Fiverr Customer Support to review the orders and store to see the effort I put in. I kindly request that his profile be blocked to prevent further fraudulent behavior. I recently purchased a service on Fiverr for help with tags on my Etsy account. The service cost $14 for 13 tags for one item in my shop. I haven't heard from the seller for two days since making the purchase. I received an email from the seller, but I'm unable to set up a Fiverr account using my Gmail address, which is my only accessible email. In the last 60 days, I've had 3 orders. One seller didn't leave a review, the second gave 3.7 stars without providing feedback for improvement. Consequently, my rating dropped to 3.7. Today, a new buyer left a 5-star review and a tip. Despite this, my rating remains at 3.7, showing as red with a demotion warning. My recent 60-day rating should be 4.3, not 3.7. My overall rating stands at 4.9. With an evaluation coming up, I've put in significant effort, and being at risk of demotion due to inaccurate ratings is unfair. I request a review of this discrepancy and prompt correction. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I'm reaching out because my account has been disabled. I am a new seller on this platform. Despite my efforts to provide dance promotion services, I have been approached by buyers asking for inappropriate content. I have refused these requests, yet my account has been blocked. I have $[redacted] pending clearance from my sales, which was supposed to be deposited by the end of May. I relied on this money to pay my videographer. I feel unjustly treated as I was trying to bring joy to musicians and assist with their promotion. After conducting an inspection of the Shopify and Facebook platforms, I noticed that the seller failed to meet specific requirements. The product tag is missing from the Shopify page, and there were issues with the Facebook Target Audience and Highly Targeted Campaign. The seller was expected to deliver 8 pages of content for the Shopify website, create a video for the product, and provide 8 plugins for automation. Additionally, the web page images were of poor quality, despite repeated requests to replace them. The response from the seller was very unprofessional, dismissing the concerns and making condescending remarks about my understanding of dropshipping businesses.

We are collaborating on a menu illustration project, and the buyer accidentally shared his Instagram link as a reference for the work needed. As a new user on Fiverr, I have informed him that sharing social media links is against the platform's policies. Rest assured, we have initiated the order process on Fiverr. The buyer's intention was solely to provide a reference image. I previously encountered a similar issue with another buyer identified as kinneh1, who shared an Instagram link for reference, and we successfully completed the project. My concern is regarding the safety of my account if Fiverr detects any suspicious activity in the chat. Could my account face potential suspension due to the buyer's lack of awareness?

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of updates from my seller. I paid upfront for a logo and it has been days without progress. I feel scammed and want a refund to pursue a logo that meets my expectations. This experience has been incredibly frustrating as I explained my requirements numerous times without success. Hello, I have been a Fiverr customer before, but I had not used my account for a few months. When I tried to log in yesterday to hire someone for my brand logo, I couldn't remember my password. I tried the "Forgotten Password" option, but even after entering my email address, I did not receive the email to reset my password. I tried multiple times, but I never got the email. I then used a different email to create a new account since I urgently needed to hire someone. I did not realize I couldn't have more than one account. I paid $[redacted] for link promotion, videos, and APIs. The provider instructed me to accept the order to proceed with the project. However, my video is still incomplete after two weeks. He requested additional payment in bitcoins through Telegram for the project. I asked for tracking details on my link and was told to use Bitly. Despite the provider's push to start a new project, I have yet to see results from the current one. The initial gig price increased from $[redacted] to $[redacted] due to supposed API needs. I have spent over $[redacted] with no visible promotion stats. The provider promised increased sales and clicks with additional payment, but the results have been delayed. I am dissatisfied with the lack of progress and communication on the affiliate link promotion. I am seeking assistance and can provide documentation of the interactions on Fiverr and Telegram for review. If he cannot deliver on the project, I expect a refund to seek alternative services.

I need a refund on an order due to issues with the AWS server setup by the seller. After being incorrectly configured and causing unintended charges, I was reimbursed but required to delete all configurations. Before doing so, I had the seller save the data for reconfiguration, but unfortunately, the data got corrupted. The seller then misrepresented by using older data instead of restoring the recent data and attempted to charge extra for installing dependencies. Despite agreeing on a two-day delivery time, the seller has not completed all parts of the task. Following our disagreement, the seller removed files from the server, leading me to revoke access to prevent further damage after my storage drive was deleted.

There are times when my clients encounter difficulty accessing documents through the Fiverr inbox format on their devices. When such situations arise, they request to exchange email addresses to share the files. This communication solely pertains to file sharing with clients facing compatibility issues with Fiverr's format or dealing with large files. Outside of exchanging files, no additional communication occurs beyond Fiverr. I have not yet received any warnings regarding this practice, but I feel it is necessary to inform the company to avoid any potential future complications. I hired seller tusharuttam for music production and provided various example songs as requested. The seller asked for additional payment upfront, promising better quality and more time, which I agreed to. However, the project faced delays, and he only provided two out of the promised three revisions. Upon delivery, the song resembled Blackpink's Ddu Ddu Du. When I raised concerns about plagiarism and requested revisions, the seller sent an unfinished song without consultation. Further attempts to clarify my needs were met with silence, and the seller did not update on progress. Despite ordering on June 13, I have yet to receive the requested work. After expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a cancellation on July 7, the seller insists on payment for the plagiarized material. I have explained my stance and desire to work with someone else due to the lack of professionalism, but the seller refuses to allow cancellation. I simply wish to cancel the order and collaborate with a more competent professional for original content.

I worked on my gig video today and made some changes but unknowingly included the Facebook logo, which caused a third-party TOS violation. As a result, my video was removed by Fiverr. I then re-uploaded a video without the logo, but it was removed again. After removing all references to Facebook, my gig was denied. Upon investigating, I received an email from Fiverr stating that my video quality was low. I have since been trying to improve my video, but after 24 hours, I have not received any response from Fiverr's help center.

Dear Customer Support, I have previously filed a report with Fiverr regarding a seller harassing me from a Pakistani profile on my Fiverr account. I work as a virtual assistant on Fiverr, offering relationship advice services. However, this individual is pressuring me to engage in sexual activities via calls, placing fake orders on my gig, and then canceling them to harm my completion rate. I have consistently been receiving threats from this person. I am a hard-working individual, striving to maintain and improve my profile and services. This individual is causing me distress and posing a threat on my profile. I have attached screenshots of the messages and fake orders for your reference. This behavior is damaging my business on Fiverr, and I urgently seek your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I have evidence of the threats and canceled orders made by this person. I am disappointed with the services I received from the seller. He completed the order within one day and only provided me with a picture featuring my brand. There were no instructions on how to utilize the item, despite paying $[redacted] for it. The seller simply mentioned to download it and include it in my ad. When I inquired about the process, he failed to provide guidance or fulfill his promise to demonstrate. The communication in the inbox messages speaks volumes. I am dissatisfied with the outcome considering the significant sum I paid for. I am seeking a refund as I am unable to utilize the product delivered to me.

I've spent hours today trying to place an order but encountered multiple errors. The processing stopped midway, the completed order doesn't show in my account, and the download link leads to a generic search page. I discovered that I was charged twice for the same order that wasn't delivered. The order numbers are FO1916BEEA04 and FO4122D7311A6. I tried 50 times to process the payment but kept receiving an error message. The issue persists even when trying to reorder the same logo design.
