The seller has not fulfilled my request for stationary designs and business cards after several months. The work provided lacks quality and only consists of full logo submissions without editable graphic files. Despite my patience, communication with him is lacking, and progress is slow. I remain frustrated as I expected better from someone with graphic design experience. I urge for the completion of the remaining design work and business cards promptly.

Hello, I require assistance. The website developer was unable to complete the work and advised me to cancel the project. We initially agreed on a $4.95 gig, but the price increased to $78 over time. If I cancel now, I will only receive $4.95 as a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with the low-quality work he provided. I cannot locate the order #FO[redacted]5 that was supposed to be handled by David_gilmour. What options do I have in this situation? Can I receive a refund greater than $4.95, which was the initial gig price?

My Fiverr account got deactivated, and I couldn't withdraw my $8. I'm not sure which rule I broke, but I realize it must have been a serious one. I've been without income ever since and I really want to keep using Fiverr. I've learned from my mistake and I won't break any rules again if reinstated. I don't want to make a new account. I have completed over [redacted] orders successfully with 0 negative reviews on my gig before it was flagged for Intellectual Property Violation by Person A. My gig, which involved selling hyper-casual games with ads integration, utilized assets from the Unity Asset Store to facilitate game development, a common practice in the industry. Despite explaining this and showing other similar gigs employing Unity Asset Store, the support team closed my ticket without addressing any of my concerns. Initially, they claimed it violated their policies, but later mentioned they could reinstate the gig without providing a satisfactory explanation. My use of Unity Asset Store was legal, as I customized games for clients with features like ads integration, in-app purchases, and leaderboards without directly reselling any assets.

I am part of a dropshipping group where I sought feedback on my website. Juan Carlos offered to make my site look more professional and claimed he could complete the work in 5 hours. I agreed and asked him to improve the checkout page and product sheets. Initially, he requested $50 via MoneyGram, but later asked me to send the payment to his brother's Fiverr account, Yourtechbuddy01. After I made the payment, nothing was done. When I reached out to Juan Carlos, he insisted on more money for another issue. I refused and decided to cancel the order. Soon after, he blocked me on Facebook. When I canceled the order on Fiverr, his brother declined to refund me. It's frustrating that they did not complete the work as promised yet are unwilling to reimburse me.

Hello, I recently had a disappointing experience with a TikTok "influencer" who misrepresented their following and engagement. When I requested a refund due to the low quality of their content, the influencer refused, claiming it would harm their reputation. Despite explaining that their fake account was of no use to me, they mentioned contacting support. Shortly after, I was unexpectedly locked out of the app, unable to access my account or ongoing orders. I eventually regained access only to find the seller stalling and making excuses. When I confronted them about potential fraud, I was accused of bullying by Fiverr. This entire situation is unacceptable. If I do not receive a full refund for my orders, I will consider legal action. Thank you.

I am disappointed by the lack of direct customer service contact options available on this platform. It is frustrating to feel like my concerns are floating out there unanswered, akin to sending a distress call on a balloon into the universe. I want to express my dissatisfaction with a seller who, despite good intentions, failed to deliver on a project and wasted three months of my time. Despite my numerous messages, their response claiming message loss seemed disingenuous. The seller then dismissed my concerns and even blocked me, compounding the issue. I made a payment for my order and got a notification that it has been delivered, but it hasn't arrived yet. I attempted to use their form for assistance, but it requests a purchase ID that is no longer on my receipt. Despite sending copies of my purchase details, I'm unable to proceed without this missing ID. I'm starting to suspect that Fiverr might be a scam since there is no available email or phone number for direct contact. As a result, I'm left without any means of reaching out to them for help.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Fiverr account. Yesterday, Fiverr disabled my account, claiming I have multiple accounts, which is not true. I completed the identity verification process, and my account was disabled afterwards. I want to clarify that I verified my previous account with the same ID card, but I closed that account and created a new one. I used the same ID card during verification as before. I recently purchased artwork from one of your artists. Upon further investigation, I have discovered that the image may be a case of copyright infringement as it is available online. Additionally, the second piece I ordered is not what I expected. While the artist initially provided good service, it seems there may have been fraudulent activity regarding the artwork. I am concerned about the copyright issues and would like a refund for both pieces. I have not used the images, but the first one has already been sent for production, resulting in additional costs. Yesterday, I felt insulted by your company after receiving a message that implied I was breaking copyright rules. All I wanted was to find assistance in uploading my own copyrighted material to a Russian music streaming service. I believe there was a misunderstanding, and I would appreciate an apology for the offense caused. The message I received when I tried to communicate with a potential Fiverr translator suggested I was infringing copyright, which was both ridiculous and offensive to me. The content I am trying to upload is my own WAV file that I created and produced, containing music that I want to share by registering it on Yandex.com and other platforms in the Russian market. I was simply seeking a fluent Russian speaker to help me with this process.

I have made two orders for worldwide traffic to two websites from this seller. She shortened the URLs for both sites and provided me with analytics tracking links to document the traffic she sent me. Despite the tracking link showing the ordered amount of clicks, my independent analytics (for one site) show only two clicks from my web manager and me. The fact that she drove clicks to a shortened version of the website URL is not the problem, as my web manager clicked the shortened link and it registered on my independent analytics. Because she has sent me traffic that does not register, I am requesting a refund of my $24, as each order cost $12. Can you arrange this, Fiverr support? Thank you.

I kindly request the reactivation of my Fiverr account: marcelkronshage. Dear Sir or Madam, Today I was surprised to find out that my user account on Fiverr has been deactivated. I believe this is due to the user francescopapa, as he reported my service to Fiverr customer support because I accidentally provided him with duplicate content. I also heard that he reported to customer support that I insulted him, which is not true. I admit there were communication issues as it was in English, while I usually communicate with my clients in German. I was unaware that francescopapa received plagiarism from me. There was no communication from francescopapa until he contacted Fiverr customer support and threatened me with an account suspension. I immediately offered to rewrite the text, but before I could do so, my account was promptly suspended. I find francescopapa's hostile behavior towards me very strange; instead of requesting a revision and giving me a chance to fix my mistakes, he immediately contacted Fiverr customer support to harm me intentionally. I have been able to clarify the misunderstandings with francescopapa, and I believe he regrets acting so hastily towards me. It's difficult to provide a service when someone doesn't speak your language. I have worked extra hard in the past few days to finance myself through Fiverr, and now I fear for my livelihood as I rely on the income generated from Fiverr. I also quit my job this month to fully rely on Fiverr for income. I think Fiverr is a fantastic platform, and my previous clients have always been very satisfied with my work. I would like to continue my freelance career with Fiverr as my partner. Therefore, I kindly request the reactivation of my account. I promise to do my best to satisfy customers who avail of my services. I have unintentionally delivered duplicate content to customers before, but I have ALWAYS revised it IMMEDIATELY as per their request. I have been using my Fiverr account under the username Victorii353 for 3 to 4 months now. Recently, they requested me to upload my ID and a selfie for verification, which I promptly did. Unfortunately, I received an email stating that the ID verification failed despite trying three times with both my passport and ID. Consequently, my account was blocked. This was disheartening as I had a pending offer that was close to being sold. The customer service team allowed me one more attempt to upload the documents, but this also failed. It seems the issue stems from the country listed on my SIM card not matching the countries I travel to and reside in, such as Turkey, Germany, Luxembourg (family, studies, fiance), and my past residence in the UAE. When I registered on Fiverr, I only had a German SIM card as I had just returned from Germany to Turkey. I have tried to resolve this with customer service over the past three days, but all I receive is silence or requests to 'patiently wait.' I have dedicated a lot of effort to building my account and selling my services, and I am unsure of how to proceed in order to regain access. Grateful for any assistance!
