The seller, asfand_design, started my order on March 18, [redacted], for 10 custom illustrations for a children's book. I paid $[redacted] CAD for the order. After receiving the final revision for the 1st illustration on August 19th, we agreed to proceed to the 2nd illustration on August 20th. Unfortunately, there were no further submissions from the seller, despite my follow-up messages. On September 29th, I received a notification from Fiverr stating that "asfand_design is no longer available." I've only received 1 illustration instead of the 10 I paid for. I feel defrauded and extremely stressed about this situation. I hope for guidance in resolving this issue.

I purchased a gig on 10/06/18 with a due date of 10/08/18 for an email follow-up series and a landing page. The seller has delayed the project for seven days, claiming it's complete despite it not working correctly. I've tested the email follow-up series each time she asks for approval, but it never functions properly. She recently messaged me at 7:00 am to approve the order, yet it's still not working. This experience has been frustrating and unproductive. I've used this platform before without issues. Although I lack the time to do these tasks myself, I expected better service. I feel some compensation is warranted for the landing page, but not for the malfunctioning email follow-up series. It's clear the seller lacks expertise in Aweber. I hope for a resolution to move forward positively.

I asked a seller to fix my logo and create a character logo for me. Even after providing clear descriptions and example pictures, the seller charged extra for the character logo. However, the end product was not what I asked for. I wanted an African American character with black curly hair, but the seller provided a Caucasian character with blonde hair. Despite requesting revisions, the seller kept delaying the delivery. I asked for a refund twice, but the seller sent something different each time. When I asked for a refund again, the seller insisted on more revisions. I feel frustrated as the seller seems unable to grasp my requests, and I have run out of time to continue working with them. The seller has been unresponsive and I am adamant about getting a refund.

I’m trying to avoid canceling my payment through my bank, but I haven't gotten satisfactory results from my seller. Communication with her has been challenging; she is slow to respond and is not meeting my expectations regarding my website. Despite multiple discussions, she promises one thing but delivers another. I needed my website completed within an agreed-upon timeframe, and despite providing thorough information upfront, she is not making the necessary revisions. I may need to seek another professional to fix it, but I'm hesitant about finding someone new due to time constraints. I require face-to-face interaction due to my tight schedule. Contacting Fiverr's help desk for assistance has been unproductive, leaving me feeling frustrated. I have communicated with the seller urbandiva multiple times, but the project remains incomplete. If I don’t receive a prompt response, I will have to take further action.

I submitted a request to join Fiverr PRO two months ago, providing all necessary information and documentation about my professional experience, but I have yet to receive a response. Every time I reach out to customer service, I am told they cannot provide me with an answer and refuse to assist me. I keep receiving the same automated message each time I contact them. It seems like Fiverr is responsive to requests from European and American users but ignores those from the Middle East and Africa. It's disheartening to see such bias even in the freelance industry. If anyone from Fiverr reads this, please reach out to me as no one in customer service has been willing to address my application for Fiverr PRO membership.

Hello, I placed an order for $62, but unfortunately, the product I received was of poor quality. I clearly explained my requirements but was given something rushed. When I raised my concerns and requested revisions, I received a different design that still did not meet my needs. The seller mentioned a negative past experience and insisted on trying another concept. However, I am unsatisfied and seek a refund, which the seller refused based on their terms. I agreed with my seller on a $15 offer. Upon checking out to accept the offer, I encountered an error message three times, stating there was an issue and requesting a retry. After reviewing my account, I noticed I was charged $51 for the order that was not processed. The seller did not receive any payment, and I did not receive the product. I attempted to file a complaint on the Fiverr website but was unable to proceed due to the incomplete offer and missing order ID. I am seeking a refund for two of the $17 charges and request the third be applied to the offer to ensure I receive my purchase and the seller receives payment. I am disappointed with this experience.

I received a warning today about sharing information, which left me shocked as I have not engaged in such behavior. I have only used Fiverr twice, once to communicate with an accountant and another time to hire a writer. I have not been active on the site beyond these transactions. It seems someone may be using my account for unauthorized activities. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly. I am deeply troubled by the email I received and I would like a thorough examination of this issue. I sell services on Fiverr. I had a significant order this summer that went smoothly. I received payment and used the funds. Recently, Fiverr unexpectedly canceled this order from three months ago, causing me to lose the income. Now, my account shows a negative balance, and I am being asked to compensate over $[redacted] from my upcoming orders, which is unfair. I recently completed another standard order, and the client was pleased with the outcome.

I hired Gaspar Sabater to create a shirt design for me. He only provided the back design and not in vector format as we had agreed upon. I need the remaining part of the project in vector format to proceed with my business. He has been unresponsive since October 22nd, causing delays. Despite his disrespectful behavior, I tolerated it to ensure the order's completion. However, I suspect my order is still incomplete, as he has not delivered the rest of the design. I considered canceling but decided to let him finish the work. I now request the remaining part of my order to be sent in vector format as initially agreed.

I am facing issues signing into my Fiverr account. Initially, I deactivated my account, or so I thought, and tried creating a new one using the same details. However, it indicated that the Gmail was already in use. When attempting to log in with these details, it rejected them. I then attempted to reset the password, but it mentioned that the new password was the old password. Despite this, I couldn't log in. There's no error message indicating, "cannot perform this action right now. Please contact customer support." I am unsure of what's happening. I am providing the same Gmail used for the Fiverr account. My username is either descantwrite or destcantwrite, as it seems to vary.

I recently purchased a Twitch overlay for $27, but unfortunately, I encountered issues with the seller who did not fulfill the order as promised. Despite agreeing to extended delivery times to ensure a smooth process, the seller failed to deliver as expected. The seller requested more time, citing other orders, although there were no apparent queues when I placed mine. Despite promising unlimited revisions, the seller became unresponsive after I accepted the order completion. This left me without the custom Twitch overlay I paid for, only receiving generic templates. I'm disappointed as this experience cost me $27, which was my entire budget for this project. I hired a freelancer on Fiverr to edit my real estate website. The task was to set up a form on the 'apply' section for visitors to submit their name, phone number, email, and a comment. The information was supposed to be sent to our company email once submitted. However, the freelancer took over a week to access the dashboard, claimed to encounter unique issues, and then delivered a project without making any edits. GoDaddy confirmed no changes were made. After requesting edits and following up with Fiverr's assistance, the freelancer assured me they were working on it. Despite this, it has been over two weeks, nearly a month since the order was placed with a deadline of November 23rd. The freelancer is unresponsive, no progress has been made, and payment has already been deducted from our account. Urgent assistance is needed to address this issue promptly. Thank you.

Regarding Order #FO3C6DC3C905, I reached out to Fiverr Customer Support yesterday to initiate a cancellation while my order was still marked as "incomplete." I also submitted a cancellation request to the seller through the resolution center, as the order had not progressed and I realized my error prior to providing any order details. I have noticed that the seller not only denied my cancellation request but also changed the status to "order started" despite me not submitting any requirements and clearly indicating my desire to cancel the order. According to your policy, an order commences with the submission of requirements by the buyer, so I am puzzled by how the seller was able to alter the status without my input. I would like to cancel this order without adversely affecting the seller's rating. This situation has been frustrating, and if not remedied, it may lead me to consider withdrawing from using Fiverr services. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I bought a gig on December 3rd for the development of a dating app. The seller mentioned that a script was needed for my app, which I had to purchase separately before they could proceed. They sent me a custom offer for two payments: the first to be accepted for them to start working on the script, and the second to be paid when the app is complete. The seller informed me today that they hadn't received the funds, and their account was temporarily frozen by Fiverr for delivering the order too soon. They suggested I contact customer support for assistance. I reached out to Fiverr this morning but haven't received a response yet. I'm curious whether the funds will be released to the seller once their account is active again, or if they will be refunded to me since they were not paid out.

After hiring Michelle Daw on December 11th for editing my book due to her good ratings, I received the edited version two days late. Upon reviewing it, I found three errors on the first page that she missed. I informed her of the mistakes without specifying their location to see if she would catch them herself. When she returned the edited version, the errors remained. After pointing out where they were, she claimed to have corrected them, but the mistakes persisted. Feeling uncertain about sending my book for printing, I sought help elsewhere and more errors were identified. Despite sending it back to Michelle twice, the issues were not all addressed. I am disappointed and seeking a partial refund as she did not rectify the mistakes adequately, only offering apologies. I now have to hire someone else, having exhausted my resources on her services.

I previously had an account under the email [redacted], which was accidentally deleted last September. Recently, I created a new account under [redacted], but I am unable to log in for some reason. I have attempted to reset my password and create new accounts without success. My old accounts under the usernames johnvox0077 and johnvox07 have pending jobs with the freelancer mcTranslucent that I urgently need to complete. To resolve this, I need an account under [redacted], my reliable 20-year-old Mac mail. However, every time I try to set it up, I receive a message that the email is already in use.
