Dear sir or madam,*My Fiverr account number is *****@***.com, and I have an order in progress currently, the documents sent to me by the seller cannot be displayed normally on my computer, they are displayed as random codes, and I have screenshots as evidence. This situation has never happened before. I think there is something wrong with the seller's files, not the*fault of my computer system, and the quality of the articles that I can see is poor, so I want to cancel the order.
