Hi. I looked at the seller's portfolio and I was very impressed. I clearly stated the requirements of the project and sent my logo. I asked if the seller was capable of performing the work. The seller said yes. They delivered something that was not up to the creativity or quality of their portfolio.**Additionally, there were multiple messages sent by the seller that said he was capable of doing the work prior to me paying. After I paid, the seller said my logo is too difficult to work with. My logo was sent prior to them accepting the work! On top of that, the seller mentioned that they cannot work with a black background after I paid. I see on their portfolio that they have worked with black backgrounds before! I feel like I was a victim of deception here.**There was no custom animation. This was agreed upon before I paid. All templates were used. Also, there is no perfect loop. The seller advertises this on their profile. Lastly, the seller already agreed multiple times that they would cancel the order! Our messages are both on the Orders page and in the Messages inbox.**I would like my money back in full. I already have another seller waiting for this to be resolved so that I can commit to him.
