not able to attend gym, and now with all gyms close no need to pay for something i can't use

All phone numbers have been disconnected. I contacted a company called Cancel Hero. For **.** they do the canceling for you. An email will be sent when done. They stated that its possible that they may have to wait for the gym to open before it can be cancelled, but if they use a third party for billing it could be done right away. I work in the hospital and no time to keep track. This was my route there could be other ways. I hope to hear back from them soon.
