I canceled my membership last month in October **** by phone. I’m still being charged in November and December. Please refund my $**.** from both months a discontinue my membership for real this time.

I went to my bank. I told them how I had been paying for a service I didn’t receive because I had unsubscribed from that gym. They saw the unusual activity of a $*** increase on the month I unsubscribed and they blocked the gym from withdrawing more money from my account and refunded me.
