Last year in December I had a Fitbit versa which was working. My mobile phone was not doing well so I bought a new phone and changed my email and also changed it on Fitbit. Since then my Fitbit Versa did not work because I couldn't log into Fitbit it would not accept either my new or old password. Fitbit techs tried to be helpful for the most part but had no clue how to fix my problems and after getting discouraged after many, many tries I with great trepidation bought a new Fitbit versa three and a versa scale in spite of my troubles. I am an older man and am very interested in my health. I try to stay in good shape and have enjoyed Fitbit helping me for about * yrs now. But for all my faith in Fitbit they have not helped me with my problems of logging into my their site because I fear that the techs are afraid to tell their supervisors that they cannot solve this problem. I am not a techie but couldn't they just take my old email out of their system and accept my new email and password?

As I said *yrs.
I have went to the login put my old email in and then changed it to my new email which*Evidently worked because they said they had it in their system. But when I try to login it says either don't recognize password or email.
