Help with my Fitbit issue

Obtain status of warranty replacement of faulty Charge * ... On March ** I had a "Chat" with Fitbit rep "Mark" regarding syncing problem with my Charge * purchased on ** December **** from Sam's Club. I was advised by "Mark" to return the Fitbit Charge * for replacement using Fitbit provided return label (RMA:********). Fitbit placed with U.S. Postal Service on March **. Fitbit shipping instructions indicated replacement would be made in approximately * to ** business days from drop-off. To date I have received no notice of receipt of the returned Fitbit nor "instructions for next steps." Please advise status.

Contacted Fitbit Customer Service for In-Warranty Return at phone number provided by Fitbit Customer Service contact page. The Customer Service Rep was able to provide in short order the Fed-Ex tracking number for the return item. It turns out the problem of slow return to Fitbit is not fault of Fitbit but US Postal Service*Fed-Ex (** days and counting) to transport return item to Fitbit. Thanks to Fitbit Customer Service I was able to determine the status of the shipment trail through the tracking number provided.
