My watch has stopped syncing with my phone. I have noticed a little bit of this the last couple of weeks but this morning I only see a green light, not a red one, and my phone says "no device found" when I try to get the syncing function. It does not show the sleep pattern, just has a number of hours, and it is not recording "steps". Also, I notice the "resting heart rate" and "Time to get moving" on my phone shows no plus sign on the right side of my phone where everything else has a "*". I have a Fitbit Charge *, Advanced Fitness Tracker, the bar code is **********, purchased at Academy Sports * Outdoors on ******** and an exchange on ****** because their was a syncing problem. I did purchase a new phone and everything was working great until recently when I noticed the fluctuation between fitbit and phone.
