I recently purchased your fit bit charge *'s just under two weeks ago, I was sleeping and I assume the battery died while I was asleep, ive tried everything from plugging it and waiting for it to charge, to holding the button for *,**,** seconds to restart it but the screen is still blank, now it has a solid vibration the entire time I hold the button to restart it, But the second I take my finger off the button its still blank, no battery symbol and no smiley face. Ive researched online for what I could possibly do, to looking at the instructions manual. To literally cleaning the prongs and charging price itself and still nothing. This is the second time this has happened but this time I feel there's no luck on getting the screen up and running again . I'd like to receive help on how to fix this or I want to return my device. Im fairly disappointed I really like the watch. :(
