Fitbit Charge *. Ordered one on line couldn’t get display to come on. Returned to Target and received another one - same issue. Got in online CHAT and jumped through all the hoops with no success. Everything looked like we were successful but when finished couldn’t get the display to light up - swiped left, right and up, down with no joy. Online chat was on ********* with Bryan. I am returning it to Target where I bought it. I really wanted the Charge * - is there some kind of generic problem with it. Too coincidental that two had exactly the same problem. As an added note it is very difficult to find some place to provide feedback. Thought about a Charge * but afraid of maybe the same issues. We have had several fitbits (fitbit *, alta, and Versa Lite) with no problems. Concerned customer.
