I purchased my Fitbit under Order Number W***EH*ZY Order Date **********.*The display is not functioning - I can only see grey lines.*I have followed the instructions on your website to resolve the issue (plugged it into charger and held button for ** seconds) several times and the screen has not returned to normal.*I have also tried to change the watch display several times and this has not resolved the issue.*It is still recording the data but the watch interface is unusable.*I would like a replacement Fitbit.*My phone number is ***** ******.
