I accidentally logged out of my account. In an effort to get back in I somehow set up a new account. During this process I also missed typed one letter in my email address. Otherwise it would not have allowed it as it belongs to my original account. The new account is now on the app and is unaccessable due to incorrect email. I have been on live chat from my laptop. They say close the account and set up a new one but I can't because *. I cant close it and *. it will say my email already belongs to an existing account. I just want to get back into my original account. Oh and I don't remeber the password!

I did manage to log out of the dud account. On my laptop I googled 'set into my fitbit account. After putting in the details it said 'transfer to app'. Not possible from the laptop so I did the same on my phone and transferred it to the app.
