Versa Lite was Christmas present from my son. Have been using it since. Can't remember exactly when, but I phoned and was told that on the basis of my answers to your questions my FitBit is faulty (it stopped registering my sleep) and that you would replace it (see your case ********* phone inquiry received in my email). The instructions were to contact you through my Facebook or Google accounts, and since I have neither and prefer not to open either, I am trying to contact you by phone for further instructions. This was purchased in Texas, where my son lives, but I live in Canada (West Coast).*The phone connection was so bad, despite your agents best efforts to improve it, that I had to cancel the call. I will try the call later today but would appreciate your contacting me by phone or email (***-***-**** or *****@***.com) so that we can proceed with the replacement. Thank you.

GetHuman-ckredt did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
