I have versa lite edition and I am unable to connect it with my iphone X. I have tried so many times with different IDs but it didnt work. Everytime Updation takes *-* hours and still incomplete. I want to reset my fitbit but i dont know how to do this action.*When I connect it to charger its screen remains black i dont get to know weather its getting charged or not.*Moreover its screen shows some red cross sign with an error msg.*Completely fed up with your product.*I purchased it on ********** i think its under warranty. Could you please replace my fitbit
