The issue in GetHuman-smpma's own words
I purchased a new Fitbit * charge last December from Fitbit directly. I did not activate the Fitbit * until April of this year and a month ago it stopped working. I spoke to a representative and was given information on sending my Charge * back. I brought the package to the Post Office on **** and I still do not have it back. I confirmed with Fitbit that it arrived on ***** (not sure why it took so long) and that I would receive a new one in * business days. I still have not received this. In all my years as a member (almost *) I have never experienced such a major problem with a Fitbit under warranty. I have purchased many fitbits for myself and countless fitbits for others as well as promoting the benefits to many. It is almost * month and I have not heard or received a new Charge *. Please advise as to this situation.
