The issue in GetHuman-skipkacz's own words
First I must say the fit bit flex has been great over the last year.but noe there are issues. Ever since the last update that changed the view of the screen adding animated graphics. It takes forever to do sync even for * day. Before, you just connected via bluetooth and touched sync and within * minute *, *, or * days were updated. Now I need to force it * or * times and sometimes it up dates only * day. I only have (*) of the basic Fit Bit flex. One for me and * for my wife. My wife refuses to use hers because of theses issues with sync. She wore it * days and when it was an issue to sync, back in the box it went. I use my to wake up so my alarm does not wake the entire house at *.** a.m. and at night to take my meds. I am a first responder and our County thought these were a good idea for us to keep track of our fitness. If this sync issue is going continue some of us will be switching to something else.

GetHuman-skipkacz did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.
