GetHuman-nbuxton's Device Support issue with Fitbit from October 2019

Help with my Fitbit issue
The issue in GetHuman-nbuxton's own words
My ionic was working fine until the last update. It will now not turn on no matter what I do. Have tried the re boot process. The blue diamond appears however can't do anything on the screen. I have had this for two years and had no problems until I updated as per Fitbits instructions. Am aware it is out of warrantee however the issue is clearly as a result of the last update. If the watch can be fixed this is obviously preferable, however I believe Fitbit should replace the unit if not as it was caused by the update Fitbit sent out*Thank you

GetHuman-nbuxton did not yet indicate what Fitbit should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-nbuxton fixed the problem
Managed to get someone from fitbut to talk through a couple of different reboot options. Adding as a new device worked. *Now working well.
