Hello, **I'm reaching out because I received a Fitbit Alta as a birthday gift and it seems to have stopped working after just a few times of wearing it. **(Some background details below)*I only wore the Fitbit about *-** times to work and around the house. It never had exposure to water or other elements, so I'm not sure as to why it wouldn't work. The issues are that the bracelet will not turn on randomly (even after double tap and raise to wake), not charging, battery life not being reflected properly. **That being said, I really do love the look and feel of the Alta and was hoping that it was just a defective unit and was wondering if Fitbit would be able to replace it for me. I would be happy to send back the defective device to Fitbit if you are able to provide a shipping label.**Thank you so much and I hope to hear from you soon,**Michael
