Order a Versa * directly from Fitbit web page.**Order took over a week to received from San Francisco, Ca. **Once, received I spent over three hours over a two week period, trying to get the Versa * to update via WiFi. Would not work. Tried all of the online instructions.**Call Fibit customer service line which I spend ** minutes talking to overseas customer support contact. The contact tried five different solutions and had to obtain addition help from her supervisors for three of the five solutions.**After the fifth failed attempts, the customer support contact indicated that the Vega * needed to be mailed for a replacement. *She emailed me a prepaid label for to Fibit in San Francisco, Ca by United States Postal Service (snail mail). Since, it took over a week for Fibit to mail the Versa * from San Francisco, the earliest that I would receive the second Vega * would be * weeks ( * week to Fitbit and * week for the return. That if, Fibit personnel would turn around the Versa * in a day, which is highly improbability.**So, I decided that a return and refund would be the best option. Customer Support emailed me a RMA, but the RMA did not have any return prepaid label and was being mailed to Plainfield, ID. I question that that FIbit want me to pay to return the defectively Versa *. Customer support confirmed that is Fitbit's policy. **So I asked if Fitbit was going to be ok with a extremely negative rating on my review? Customer support representative decide to ask if the supervisor permission to send a prepaid label. She did, and sent a second prepaid label. Which she prompt ended the call. *The second prepaid label was not Plainfield ID but to San Francisco, it was exactly the same for the replacement Versa*.**So, I called customer support back and got another representative. After explaining and spending more time get the second representative up to speed, he start and continued to lie to me that the label for San Francisco was the correct location for a refund, and there was not Fibit office in Indiana. **So I guess that I will have to pay for the return postage to Plainfield for a defectively Chinese product
