Hello,*I am having problems with my Fitbit Versa receiving notifications. I have had * separate occasions where it stops showing me my text messages and phone calls. None of the trouble shooting solutions worked and I had to remove the device and reload it for them to work again. Why does this keep happening? It happened this week and it is very frustrating. When I reloaded it this time, my dashboard changed. I hate the new dashboard! I saw from the community forum that you can't go back. That is unfortunate! The only way I was able to fix the problem was to remove the device and set it back up as it was a new one.
