I bought a Fitbit special edition with the purple band it was missing from the box I called customer service I spoke with four different people or emailed different people the issue went back-and-forth for days I felt with all the hassle they should’ve sent me the replacement and a free Fitbit band for my problem needless to say it’s the wrong band I would like to get the correct Vin and send this ugly van back it’s for a **-year-old girl and I doubt that she would want this again I spoke to three or four or text back-and-forth three or four different people they placed an order they stopped in order they placed an order they text me I text them I sent pictures they did this it’s ridiculous the customer service that I’ve experienced with this problem I bought a prop product there was a missing piece they should’ve returned the whole thing or sent the missing piece that was missing now here we are Weeks later and the problem is not fixed my name is *Ann Franklin*S*****@***.com*******-*****Please get back to me so we can resolve this issue for I am not a very big fan of Fitbit customer service right now
