I had received a Fitbit Versa as a Christmas gift from my husband in December of **** and recently it has been having some issues. First it was not keeping my heartrate and I had found online how to fix that issue. Then it stopped keeping a charge and now, it will not even power on. I have tried pressing the * buttons to try and get it to power on after I have put it on the charger overnight, but it will not do anything. I rely on my Versa for keeping track of my fitness for the program at my job, along for other features. Therefore, if it can not be quickly repaired and guaranteedto no longer issues, I would prefer a replacement. I've used Fitbits for several years and would like to continue using them if possible. **Thank you,*Stephanie Ball
