To whom it may concern and Good Day,*On May *. **** I bought a Fitbit Charge * at London Drugs * **, **** Sooke Rd, in Victoria, V*B *V*, BC. Canada.**On July **. **** I took it back because the lens had cracked.*London Drugs exchanged the watch for a new one.**On May **. **** I noticed the watch lens once again was cracked.*I am a ** year old senior, do not do any activities that could jeopardize cracking lenses :)*I went back to London Drugs on May **. ****. I had purchased an extra insurance as well at the time of purchase, it had of course the "first year warranty" as well. However, this *nd cracked lens happened only ** days after that *st year warranty expired!*Although technically this watch was the *nd one they supplied... that was on July **rd. ****.Therefore this watch*lens was less than one year old!!. *I was informed on May **. **** by Mr. Rob O'brien, the manager at L.D. that "cracked lenses are excluded under the extra warranty" I purchased!*I start to wonder if these lenses may have some "weakness" , just because this is the *nd time I have this problem! First times after * *** months. *nd time after ** months! *I VERY much like this Fitbit Charge * watch. It motivates me greatly to walk daily a certain amount of steps as well as keeping track of my sleeping pattern. *I am asking you respectfully to replace this watch at "No Charge"... because of this happening twice within one year!*I have taken pictures of the original purchase bill as well as info about the exchange on July **.** as well as the name of the L.D. manager I spoke with.
