I have a Charge * that I bought on Black Friday **** from the Target in Lacey Washington but I do not have the receipt because they never gave it back to my wife after she returned something else and the device is no longer working properly. *The screen is black*unresponsive but it still monitors heart rate and syncs to my phone. After doing some research on this issue I tried restarting the device while plugged into the charger and I am still getting the same results. Just before the screen quit working I did notice that the screen was pixelated.*Is there something else I can do to fix this issue or is there a way I can get it warrantied? I no longer have the original band because that broke about a week ago also. I currently have a replacement band on the device.**Thank you for your time and help.
