Hello, I purchased a replacement band for my Charge * in October. My previous band has lasted ** months with almost daily use. This one has only lasted *. It broke today. It’s rubber. I’m not rough with my FitBit but I do use it almost daily. The order number for the new band was EURL*JT*E. Can something be done since I ordered the band directly from FitBit and it lasted literally half the time as the original?*Thank you. -Susie LeJeune
