I purchased a Fitbit Ionic Smart Watch on ** June ****.*It has been working well until about * weeks ago when the watch screen did not show the watch face. *I tried pressing the left side and lower right buttons together, but it didn’t do anything. *When I clean the charging contacts and put it on charge, nothing will come on the screen even after about ** minutes of being on charge.*I am in England on holiday at the moment and will be returning to France on * April. Therefore I only have the watch with me, not the box it came in or the spare watch straps.*What do you suggest please.*Many thanks, Bryn Bowers
