Hi,**I bought a Fitbit Alta last August and it literally has transformed my life for the better! Not only have I lost around a stone and a half in weight, I also feel fitter and healthier too. Unfortunately my Fitbit Alta stopped tracking on Sunday (**.**.**) and I have no idea why as it has not got wet or damaged in anyway. I have performed the reset routine but it still won't track my walking. Is there anywhere I can send it to be fixed please?
